Was it you or MLee that alted up as RadioHasHaleigh (now InvestigateRadio) on Twitter?
When this didn’t quite get the desired results you started tweeting the FBI directly suggesting they investigate Radio. I hope they do pay attention to your tweets. Anyone who has read this or my blog knows all about Melissa Duprez aka Pudders aka @BringItAlready.
There have been countless posts about her and her bullying ways. From the shameful Facebook page she had about Levi Page to her stalking my children and posting their pictures, school information and encouraging others to contact my daughters school and employers.
As we all know she is now known as @BringItAlready on Twitter, but once upon a time she was known as @Pudders on Twitter until one day Pudders just disappeared.
There has been much speculation as to why she disappeared under that name, but now I may just have the answer courtesy of Ashley Digiulio formerly known as @NoDoubt12Wrong (SickenedByItPeriod) @sweetnessbabiesc.
While I only have some of the DMs still left to back up the story, I will tell it as best I remember it, and leave it to you to believe it or not. Ive waited these many months for these players to come forward to tell their stories and none have and even now when Ive asked, they’ve feigned ignorance?? I have no reason to lie. I have not lied up to this point and have no reason to start now. I would also hope that Kenn or anyone of them knows that I would have stood with them against Pudders and protected them as best I could because I above anyone knows all about her wrath and what levels she will stoop to to exact her revenge when she feels she has been wronged by a person… but you chose to be quiet. I cant say I dont understand your choice, because I do understand it. I do understand wanting to save yourselves above all else..

On the day I received this DM Ashley called me on her way to court and she told me that Pudders had left Twitter amidst a “blow out” between she and a few posters because she had been harassing @KooKooKenn.
The way she told it Pudders wanted Kenn (and a few others who were more than happy to oblige) to help her bully a few people possibly including myself and when he wouldn’t do it Pudders began to harass him. Being the non confrontational soul he is he freaked and told a few trusted people who confronted Pudders. Fearing that she would be outed for being the bullying that she really is, she made up the now famous story about leaving Twitter because of being harassed by me (mind you at this point I had not engaged her in any way shape or form) beat feet deactivated her Pudders account and came back as @BringItAlready.

- I often wonder what kind of story there is or could have been if Ms Goodhand would have followed up with this and ferreted out why a known con man and coincidentally a former client of Jose Baez’s would have opened such sites in the first place. … It would not have been the first time an attorney used the social media to discredit someone for their client. And we all know Jose used social media during the Anthony trial.

What a shameful situation unfolding in front of us as self proclaimed Caylee Warriors have now resorted to threats to compliment their lies and attempts at defamation.
Meet Joyce Maxwell and Berta Medina Martinez.
Both of these women consider themselves to be Caylee Warriors and avid boycotters. Each one of them also old enough to know better than to threaten a person in an open forum such as a blog and/or Facebook. Each of them stupid enough to do just that.
For months now I as well as my husband have been on the receiving end of their harassments, defamations and threats. Most recently these actions have spilled over to others on this blog, including the blog and its owner, Radio.

They have taken to every social media outlet available to threaten us, even helped to open up a blog to do so. A blog that I might add they spend endless hours commenting as other people to back up their wild theories and lies.
What other shameful, illegals acts have these women perpetrated? How many other threats will be leveled our way?
I for one am certain that given the chance each one of these women would act upon these threats, they are just that unstable, a fact they have shown over and over again.
They are de-escalating at an alarming rate.
Case in point? Berta right this very minute is supposed to be on vacation in Las Vegas (something she has posted all over the place) but instead of enjoying her time with her husband and her vacation, she has to take time to troll this blog and various Facebook pages and level threats.
It is hard to believe that they believe they are doing this all in the name of a murdered child and they believe they are righteous in what they do.
Slinging smack at a person is one thing, but threats of physical violence or wishes for others to be dead (as Joyce did in post linked above) shows a level of mental instability that is pitiable, and terrifying all at the same time.
I would hate to cross paths with either of these women, and pray a stranger on the streets don’t set either one of them off. If this happens it could be life threatening for the stranger.
I can only hope that each of them seek some sort of counseling for their anger issues.
Maybe Berta’s (adult) daughter who has studied both Psychology and Political Science at Metropolitan State College of Denver could give them a group rate discount or recommend a professional for them?
They sorely need it.. and fast.

Casey Anthony’s Family Computer Shows Suicide Searches, Lawyer Says

On the day 2-year-old Caylee Anthony disappeared, someone in her house used the computer to run suicide-related searches, on terms including “foolproof suffocation” and “venturing into the pro-suicide pit,” according to Casey Anthony’s defense attorney Jose Baez.
Baez described the “bombshell evidence” in his new book“Presumed Guilty, Casey Anthony: The Inside Story.”
Let’s start with Venturing Into the pro-suicide pit. This is a blog by Brendan O’Neil that came out in February 2008. It talks about the seedy side of suicide sites – how some people encourage others to kill themselves. It also talks about all the advice these sites give on different ways to kill oneself. I decided to look up a few, just out of curiosity.
What I found was chilling.

Method 3 Of Suicide – Chloroform
This is a chemical (CHCl3) which is majorly used for anesthetics. This is hard to find and can be found in school/college laboratories.
Methods that can be applied to commit suicide are:
Pour 100-200 ml chloroform in a fairly large piece of cloth that can cover your nose and mouth and tape it properly. You will become unconscious pretty quickly and then since the cloth remains taped, you continue to inhale chloroform, which will cause death in few hours.
For obvious reasons I believe Casey would look up “suicide” rather than “murder”..
Is Baez trying to tell us something. He knows sleuthers will get right on it. Why wasn’t this brought up in court?

Yesterday on this blog Radio wrote a story about how Melissa Duprez aka @Pudders99 aka @HeadPuddette runs a facebook page calling for the removal of Levi Page from television and how she uses a grave marker with Levi written on it as the pages picture.
It is a disgusting spectacle to say the least. People who are supposed to be fighting for a murdered child using such a thing.
Just as equally disgusting was one of the comments received on this post stating how it should be mine and my husband’s name on the marker.

Just a little bit more searching revealed ‘Misty’ to be none other than a SIXTY SEVEN year old woman and self professed Puddette, Joyce Maxwell.

Joyce is no stranger to myself or my husband, Jon. She along with her cronies, @salmuthie (Sally Stiles Muth), Melissa Duprez, Gayle M. Rogers, Berta Medina Martinez, have spent the better part of the last two months trashing us and promoting the hate blog about us, The Big Bombshell where they twist stories, lie and defame us.
This is also not the first time Joyce has threatened me, and it all started because Jon asked her and the other Puddettes not to post about Casey Anthony on a page that was devoted to helping all children. When they wouldnt, he simply closed the page. This left them rabid for blood……..ours! They set out to make what they thought was a secret page to trash us, once again evoking the name of a murdered child to do so. They called the page Caylee’s Stars. The group is now private, but while it was opened, screen shots were obtained and can be viewed here.
As I said, this is not the first threat from her Ive received. For a 67 year old woman, she certainly has a foul mouth, even when she’s lying, she knows how to threaten.

This is just a very small example of what The Puddettes have done .. all in the name of boycotting Casey Anthony.
How can one boycott murder and violence on one hand, while supporting it on the other by supporting those who would wish death on another? Furthermore how can Joyce “like” Jesus Christ on her facebook page while calling for the harm and even death of others?
I can stand proud and say that we have never called for the death of another and would not knowingly allow such things to have ever been posted on our now unpublished boycott page… not even Casey Anthony’s. To have another persons blood on our hands. Sadly it looks like many of the boycotters no longer feel this way.
If this is what the boycott movement has come to, then consider this my official resignation.

Once upon a time Melissa was a mighty Caylee Warrior. She tweeted, Facebooked and even rallied online radio station Real Radio Daytona to run ads in support of the boycott cause.
Then it happened, she got a major case of the Butthurts.
First Levi Page unfriended her on Twitter and didnt like her Facebook page. Well this just caused her to go off the rails and start a page dedicated to trashing Levi while calling for him to be fired from his job. She and the other Puddettes spent countless hours tweeting HLN warning them they’d better fire him .. or else. Im sure they went into immediate action.. meetings were called.. plans were made to give The Pud her way. Yes.. that is how worried they were.
To add insult to injury I didnt give her a password to a blog. Well THIS had her tearing her hair out. Now I too am part of the anti-Levi page. Really, they should just re-name it since her Briley bashing blog takes up the biggest percentage of it.
Yes.. THIS is how she boycotts now. Her Caylee Page is called Keeping Up The Fight: Justice For Caylee, but it looks more like she has given up the fight as most of the links on the page now directs the readers to her bash blog. So shameful that a once proud warrior has decided to use precious Caylee as a means to lie about and bash others:

In her true form, she creates the account, then creates a Twitter handle to tweet this information out. As with all of her many many alts, she tweets this information to me only …. then quickly deletes the account.
I suspect she did this for many reasons, but Im sure she did this to get hits to her bogus celeb blog, but most importantly to get a big story when she ‘reveals’ that my husband and I are the ones behind the donation site. We are NOT in anyway associated with it or with Casey Anthony, but true to her lying psychotic mentality, this wont prevent her from saying it.
Its all too coincidental. The donation site was made, and within the hour I got the only tweet regarding it, while almost simultaneously it hit VIPTattler’s website. How is it that only I got the tweet, and only Brianne’s website got the story? I’ll tell you how – SHE started the site! 1+1 still equals 2 folks!
The joke is on her this time, as all this information has been forwarded to proper authorities as well as Morgan and Morgan, the attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez. As of this morning Matt Morgan tells me via Twitter they have seen it and are watching, which if I were a betting woman means subpoenas for the site’s owner will be flying come Monday morning.
Seems Hairy McScarry really screwed the pooch this time!

He with the help of his lackeys Joyce Maxwell, Gayle Rogers, Judith McCartney, Sally Muth, Berta Medina Martinez, @Pudders99 aka Melissa Duprez just to name a few are also largely responsible for the flame war we find ourselves in now, all because I would not sign a petition I do not believe it.

Most of my recent troubles with The Pudd and the Puddettes started because I refused to sign a petition to try Casey Anthony in Federal Court. I refused for many reason; some of which are:
The writer of the petition is a known troll. I did not want this person to have my information. When signing any petition you must put your correct information on it so that the signature/name, etc can be verified. Because the writer of the petition is also in computers and he has a past record of cyberbullying, stalking, etc I would not sign. My husband did and that is his business.
The other reason is, it is fruitless. It will not work, Casey Anthony will never be tried federally for Caylee’s murder. We’ve heard this from many many legal scholars and well, I tend to believe them over a handful of radicals. It is after all their business to know such things.
Since then new blogs have popped up, more lies have been written and as of last night my Twitter account suspended. I will get it back and have been in constant contact with Twitter support.
Now they have decided to target Katie Couric due to a rumor that she is wanting to interview Casey in her new show launching in September 2012. While I dont agree with this and have Re-Tweeted some of the saner more level headed tweets about this, Im not going all out on this. I will address my reasons at a later date.
Today while looking on Twitter (because I still can) I notice that one of the more radical tweeters, Sara Muth aka @SalMuthie who is also largely responsible for the latest rash of rumors regarding my husband and I has decided to target Katie Couric in an attempt to cyberbully her into signing this petition as a way to “prove” she supports Caylee and wont interview Casey.
I cant wait to see how Katie handles this. They cant bully me into signing the thing so I cant imagine how in the world they think they can do the same for Katie Couric.

Ive kept quiet for the most part about this since late January, but no more. It all started with a blog. You’ll remember the blog Jona, its the one you (and others) wanted as well.
Pudders asked me to make a blog where you all could rip on Levi and others that pissed you off, like Gary. Remember Gary? Should I pull out old emails to prove this?
So I made this blog, gave Pudders the password, and nothing happened. It was never used. I dont know if it still exists because after I made it, turned over the password, I was done with it. Had my own problems at the time.
Now fast forward to when the video came out. Pudders and I was still friends, and spoke on the phone quite a lot. She was actually one of the ones who thought it was so great I went on Vinnie representing “the warriors.” All was fine until all hell broke loose and a certain Canadian stalker came on to the scene and started her smear campaign against the warriors, my husband and I being at the top of the list. Our Boycott page became a defend the Briley’s page which took away from the original intent of the page.
Because of this a friend of ours gifted us a blog. Pudders contacted Jon and requested a password for the blog because she wanted carte blanche access to it so that she could post whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted to. Jon told her no as it was gifted, but did tell her that she could guest post whenever she wanted to. We knew Pudders to be a bit radical and volatile and this was in part the reason for this, as well as the blog being gifted to us.
This enraged Pudders and the next day we found ourselves on the other end of her friendship. She began writing things on her “warrior” Facebook page about the Brileys and her believing we took money for the video. She never missed a turn to defame us. I let it go a lot of times, because as I said before, I had too much personally going on to really give it attention, and it was just Pudders talking smack. Even back then she was a big inside joke to a lot of true warriors. Many did and still do laugh behind her back.
There have also been accusations (without proof) that I filed DMCA notices against my own artwork that was on her Caylee page. Never mind the fact that these were filed at the height of Briannegate and my address as well as phone number has been plastered all over the net. In Pudders mind, I did it, because it fit her smear agenda. I did not, but now wish I had .. and you can rest assured ANY DMCA notices she receives subsequent to this WILL be ME.

The Pudd gets very mad and vengeful when she doesn’t get her way. Im sure Im not the only one who sees this, Im just the only one who will talk about it. She uses scare tactics, intimidation and lies to bend people to her will. From what Ive been told this has been a life long thing for her.
Too bad I don’t intimidate.
So, Im calling your bluff Pudd. Lay down your cards and show your proof, or stfu and leave the table. You’re giving the true warriors a bad name.
Poor little Brianne Chantal Patterson -aka-Hairy McScarry. Recently she tried to take on the big boys by going after a popular British Columbia DJ, Ryder. She lambasted him because during a 420 rally he took a picture of an obese woman in a bathing suit and posted it on line. You can read about the incident and the ensuing events that took place after here.
Since then I have forwarded all of the information I have to date about our favorite psycho stalker Brianne to Ryder as well as posted it on his social networking sites.
Well Miss Hairy McScarry must have caught wind of this .. and by caught wind, I mean stalked this DJs social sites and saw my postings. With the walls closing in on her she has to keep track of what kind of damage control she needs to do.
True to form and her tired busted ass M.O. she took to Twitter and created a “Ryder Support” name. I will give her one thing though, she tried a little harder this time by throwing herself under the Tweet bus. Too bad she always gives herself away. This time it was by mentioning “the show” which is a reference to a bullshit story she tried to put out there about me being on TV this coming summer. Of course it was a complete fabrication based on a Facebook post I made some weeks ago about a Casey Anthony 1 year post verdict special. While there may be a special coming out .. I AM NOT going to be on it, but this is a prime example of how Hairy McScarry tips her hand. Every time.

You would think that a very popular DJ such as Ryder would have at least one follower supporting him, no? Yet another red flag as to who this really is “supporting” him.
Remember when she was giving away One Direction tickets too? How does an unemployed psycho stalker who by her own admission never leaves the country, and fake checks into places via Foursquare keep scoring such hot tickets?
The answer – she doesnt! She lies.

Curiously enough all articles regarding these above tweets are also gone off of the VIPTattler blog. Again.. surprise surprise.
Never fear, this writer has screen shots of most if not all of these articles, and right this minute they are probably being read (along with many.. many articles, records, tweets, emails, threats, etc) by a very nice RCMP officer in Burnaby British Columbia who was painfully unaware of Miss Patterson’s cyber stalking past and current troubles with the FBI.

As reported here last night Brianne Chantal Patterson went on Facebook and in what can only be described as a desperate attempt to cause trouble for this blog and others, she posted she was going to comitt suicide. She did this under one of many (and folks, Im talking many) of her alt names, Brianne Fulke P.

I know this to be one of her alts as this is the name as it is the name she provided to me as her facebook name when she left this blog. This name, and its postings, along with a few of her others have mysteriously disappeared from Facebook. Curiouser and curiouser.
During this whole fiasco she, according to her Tweets, was supposed to be in Las Vegas. Of course these tweets also soon disappeared, but by the power of Four Square and Twitwheel, these tweets still exist.

Because of her suicide threats several of us, myself included, call the Burnaby BC RCMP to report this. While I had more than a reasonable suspicion that she was faking these threats, I know by her own admission she had some past mental health issues, and was not willing to just let this go. She laughed it up on Facebook saying she was in Vegas and the RCMP would not find her home.
Sure enough in typical Brianne fashion, she gave herself and her lies away, again. She took to her Twitter and blogspot late last night and in an attempt to discredit this writer, she gave unwittingly gave her own lies away.

This is a very unquiet, devious cunning mind we are dealing with when it comes to Brianne Chantal. She has proven time and time again that she will stoop to any means necessary, even breaking the law, to achieve her goals. Evil, just pure evil.

JOSE HARD AT WORK WRITING HIS BOOK
Boycotters are blowing up Twitter and Facebook today voicing their disgust and outrage at the news that Jose ‘Bozo’ Baez will release a book on the Casey Anthony case.
BenBella Publishing House will be publishing the book. In the past they have released other what in the new york bestsellers list hell is this book bestsellers such as The Da Vinci Mole and Every Woman’s Guide To Foot Pain Relief.
Expect to see Baez’s book on the Barnes and Noble shelves in July and the Dollar Store bargain bin in August.
Up until a few days ago there was a channel on you tube called Casey Can Sing. It was a channel of bizarre music and other weirdness. The only reason I know this is because it bore my name attached to it as HollyBriley.com. I did not register this name, and in no way endorsed this channel or my name being used for it.
I have known about this channel for some time, and had contacted the registrant of it, one Paul Franciso, a one time client of Jose Baez.

When I spoke to him I found him to be a rude, nasty, foul mouth who basically told me to pound sand. And that is exactly what I did.Right into his ass!
After months of wrangling, writing and back and forth communications with You Tube, I am happy to report that this channel has been removed! Yes, for now it is gone.
Instead of seeing Casey’s busted face and my name when you visit that channel, you will now see this:
There are still 3 videos on there registered to another entity that bear both mine and Jon’s name falsely as well as bald faced lies on them, but I am confident that these too will be removed in due time.

For quite sometime there have been whispers, screams, posts and speculation about Cindy Anthony writing a book. This writer has tried to find out about this and today Im one step closer.
Sources close to Cindy and her ‘people’ are talking, and as always my Birdie is listening. This is what I know to date.
There is no formal book deal but rather what is called an “assisted self published” book deal being shopped.
What this basically means is an as of yet major publishing house would in fact back the deal, help her write and promote the book as well as help with all tv appearances and such, but they would do it in strict silence ( a big fat none disclosure clause would apply) and in turn she would pay them a percentage of the book proceeds. Basically working in reverse of the way traditional book deals work. This sounds a lot like the 3rd party NBC deal Casey’s camp tried to pull, doesn’t it?
There have been several publishing houses who have already come out and said there would be no book deal for Casey, lets see if this holds true for Cindy or any of the Anthony clan.
Simon and Schuster: “We are 100% not interested. We are NOT NOT NOT interested. Simon & Schuster is not publishing, and has never intended to publish, any book by Casey Anthony, her family, or any member of her team.
Harper Collins: “We are planning on publishing the Prosecutor’s book who was involved in the Casey Anthony case, so we have no plans in releasing a Casey Anthony book. We’re sticking with the prosecutor.”
Penguin Group: “We have no plans on doing a book deal with Casey Anthony.”
On a side note, and Im sure this will come as no surprise to anyone who has followed this dysfunctional family, Casey has given her blessings to Cindy to do whatever she needs to do to support George and herself. She may indeed be desperate enough to do just that seeing as how her fraudation, Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation (which is still active) is now operating in the red. No reports yet on Caylee’s Fund.

There have been some rumblings on Twitter and various other social networks these past few days about Casey Anthonys contacting different media outlets trying to negotiate a deal for an interview on her own. This prompted me to contact my inside birdie in an attempt to get some clarification. I asked, and received.
Im told that while there have been no deals made, Casey has been reaching out to different media outlets, and she is doing so without the benefit of her camp.
While she may be a cold blooded killer who got away with murdering her own daughter, she is not all together stupid. When she contacts these agencies she tells them who she is and requests an “off the record” conversation. If they pass, she simply ends the calls, and there have been a few that passed because they feel she is yesterdays news and they also fear the backlash that this would bring.
It is also reported that yes, she has spoken personally to Dr Phil McGraw, but as of now, its just been talk.
One of my first and biggest questions to all of this was, the money. How would she report the money and what about the money she owes? Well if she negotiated a deal herself, she would be under no obligation to share with her camp nor would she be under any obligation to divulge the amount she receives. The outlet that paid her however would still have to report this to the IRS, but they would be under no obligation to divulge the amount either. This does not mean that she would get to keep all of this money and while I can not with 100% accuracy confirm there are any sort of liens on her income, we do know that she already owes the IRS a considerable amount for the money she made in 2008 selling Caylee’s photos. Rest assured, the IRS will get it’ money.
Seems like Tot Mom is getting a little lonesome for the spotlight. Countdown to her next video/picture leak in 5…4…3….2….1.

He has never deleted his account and even though he un-friended you, yours remained on the saved pms , even stranger is how you could retrieve these pms with a deactivated account. Curiouser and curiouser.
Oh Amelia, you really do need to learn to keep your lies straight and unlike what you did when you wrote your blood money pamphlet, you need to check FACTS before you write something… Im sure even your drive thru manager law clerk husband could tell you, what you posted is defamation.

Sobel claims to have interviewed many insiders to track down Casey’s movements and acquaintances. Some of the scenarios sound plausible – such as Casey having a relationship with a wealthy older man identified as “Pops.” Sobel pointedly mentions that a lot of men have offered to help Casey and are helping Casey.

Jason Carroll, the normally very verbal non stop defender of Casey Anthony’s honor ( I threw up in my mouth a little writing that) on his Facebook Page has become unusually quiet since bragging that he received Amelia Sobel’s pamphlet, LiesLiesLies.
However this has not prevented him from his continual appeal to Casey.. even swearing on her, he did nothing wrong.
For weeks now Jason has bragged up the book, promoted it and expressed his excitement over being in the book. Then why suddenly the refusal to talk about it? Could it be that he learned in this book that Casey laughs at him and his pathetic gifts to her? Could it be he is now butthurt that she (is rumored) to have a new boyfriend every week, and reality has smacked him in the face? Has he finally realized he was used by AKA and Rob Hensley in this whole book deal?
All of this back and forth, denials and admissions only confirms what this writer has thought all along. This has all been one colossal mind fuck and a poor attempt at garnering book sales for AKAs pamphlet o’ lies.
