There will be differing opinions on this subject, but it is worth a post, since rape is on the rise in the military. This has been in the news lately a lot.
Some think it appalling someone connected to a rape case would be welcomed into the military.
Whether it is right or wrong to pursue a graduating high schooler and try to snuff out an opportunity such as the Air Force Academy I will leave up to you, the reader. I personally don’t have the stomach for it.
Evan Westlake may not have emerged in the Steubenville rape case as a hero, but he hasn’t been charged with any crime as of this post. Upon the Grand Jury’s results - that might be different.
Granted, he wouldn’t submit his DNA and he has been criticized for that. We don’t know why he didn’t – it could be as simple as his parent’s don’t trust the government – many don’t. So, to assume he is guilty right off the bat is wrong.
Michael Nodianos was apparently temporarily drummed out of his college because of the justifiable public outrage over the disgusting video. I’ve heard all kinds of people, including media were on campus looking for his dorm. That puts a lot of kids in danger besides him and I suspect the school couldn’t protect against such forces. Kent State was harassed over Charlie Keenan – and he wasn’t even involved in the rape or any videos, jokes, etc.!
So I would say to those planning on contacting a lawmaker concerning this appointment – back off. If he is charged with anything later – this will all take care of itself and if he isn’t charged – no amount of letter writing or calling will make a bit of difference.
This family and other family’s deserve to enjoy the graduations of their children without interference from or fear of internet peeps.
I don’t understand the Steubenville tards. Rapes happen in every single state, town, and zip code. When there is a rape in New York City, or Los Angeles, we don’t have residents of those cities up in arms and outraged that the media is reporting on that rape, or talk about how hard it is for their city… Or if high school athletes are charged with rape in a city like New York or LA, we don’t hear about how hard it is for the students of that particular school the rapists attended, but we did in Steubenville. It was strange.
We had drug addict parents of some Steubenville teens go on national TV with big warts on their face and scream at former sex crime prosecutors about how students allegedly started pissing themselves and hiding under desks because of the media attention and social media attention the case was getting. Let’s be clear. The only victim in the situation is the girl who was RAPED. If I was in the studio when Jill Watkins was screaming over legitimate experts on sex crimes, I’d smack the shit out of her!

There are those who say they were part of the secret forum and absolutely believe Sam was outed as Mammabear. Someone went to work on Mlee’s associations today and why they exist. It doesn’t look pretty and it looks like a lot more has been going on than meets the eye.

MLee had no reason to become friends with Maria Burgun other than at the request of Timothy Holmseth. Maria Burgun was sucked into speaking with Holmseth and as everyone knows all of his phone conversations are recorded. There is more than he has revealed.
Maria’s brother, Eddie Boyle has also had telephone conversations with Timothy Holmseth, all at the encouragement of Cobra Staubs.
It is rumored that Holmseth and Cobra Staubs have long been the sorts who hooked up to ruin people’s reputations, threaten, borrow money, extort – with Staubs playing good cop and Holmseth playing bad cop. Staubs plays with investigations, Holmseth plays with a public blog. All of this made MLee the perfect patsy.
It’s an interesting story and one that is developing. MLee in her haste to put a known blogger on blast, to discover their identity, may have unwittingly sold her soul to the devil in hopes she would be handed that prize. It is a fantasy that would never happen, but Mary lives in a fantasy.

I realize it is to those in Steubenville, a few onliners who followed the case and certainly to other Does on Prinnie’s blog, but it isn’t significant to the real story and the MSM who have reported on the case.
The national and international “story” was never about Prinnie’s blog comments or Mammabear. It was about the rape of an unconscious 16 year old girl by 2 Big Red football players and equally about, those who stood by an did nothing. Also, about why were these kids unsupervised and who supplied the alcohol for these parties.
Was the girl raped? Yes, she was. Was she pissed on. Guess not, but one teenager admitted to yelling out those words for it to happen.
The media focus on Prinnie was that she found the tweets, images, etc., online and blogged about them. Never did the media focus on the comment section of her blog. Nor did it focus on the John Does. The lawsuit phase of coverage was about the Does, but the coverage of the rape case never was in any significance.
The national and international media covered a rape case in which 2 teenage football players raped a 16 year old girl and were found guilty.
They are now incarcerated and the Attorney General has called a grand jury to determine if other charges should apply to others who may have committed crimes. This seems to focus on matters such as who else knew, unsupervised kids and the purchase of alcohol. Several school sites have been searched by the BCI.
So, while it may be a local Steubenville issue as to the comments on Prinnie’s blog and who Mammabear is or isn’t and what she said or didn’t say – it means nothing to the real story that swept across the globe. Not yet anyway.
Day after day and night after night a certain group of Steubenvillites congregate on twitter and begin their daily and nightly ritual of snarking everyone they don’t like. Snarking anyone who is not in complete lock step with them. Some call that stirring the pot. Some call it shit stirring.
They say they want justice for the innocents. Ok. I can believe that, but they never name the innocents or who or what they want done about it. So, it ends up being a twitter full of hateful snarky speech and nothing more.
Do they have valid points and concerns. Yes, I think they do, but they never really name them. They are interested only in a daily feast of bashing and snarky hateful speech.
I’ve come to the conclusion the group lead by and herded by Judicious1_ do not want justice as much as they want suffering. More than justice for the innocents, they want those they feel responsible for what has happened to Steubenville to suffer.
Their time is spent going over and over the same shit day and night. They bleat out what a liar and monster Prinnie is. Bleat out what liars and monsters Michelle and Sam are. This is it folks. This is what they do.
They want all these people and more sued. They want them all and more to end up in jail. They lust for this. It consumes them. They can not move on and most likely never will.
I suspect this crowd is quite comfortable with this behavior on twitter. I suspect it mirrors their real lives. What else could one think?

Much has been made of this contract renewal in recent days. The two most common arguments to be made are that: 1) The Board of Education (BOE) cannot fire Reno on mere allegations; and 2) That if they were to fire him, this would result in a long and costly lawsuit.
Joe Patrice, a New York attorney (with a J.D. from NYU’s School of Law) argues that both assumptions are invalid.

There are basically two related legal arguments for extending the contract of Steubenville head football coach Reno Saccoccia: (1) unless and until he is convicted of something, the school shouldn’t act on mere allegations; and, (2) if the school parted ways with the coach, it exposes itself to a later employment claim.
These arguments are stupid….
Saccoccia has not been charged, much less convicted, of covering up the rape. There’s a lot of reason to believe he was involved, but can the school really kick the coach to the curb based on innuendo? Maybe not, but there are plenty of undisputed reasons why no school could, in good conscience, keep Saccoccia on.
Long after his players were arrested, Saccoccia declined to discipline or suspend them. By then, pictures and videos had reached the light of day. At that point, taking action would have been a simple matter of protecting the program. Even if no rape had occurred, visual evidence of drunk underaged players embarrassed the program and warranted discipline. Add in a major crime, and the school has every reason to move on to a new coach.
He threatened a reporter. A school can’t allow one of its public ambassadors threaten reporters. This is something of a no-brainer.
Saccoccia also employed Nate Hubbard as a volunteer assistant coach. Hubbard told the New York Times:
What else are you going to tell your parents when you come home drunk like that and after a night like that? She had to make up something. Now people are trying to blow up our football program because of it.
Look, every employer can make a bad hire, and one bad hire shouldn’t necessarily result in a pink slip for the boss. But by failing to immediately fire and denounce Hubbard, Saccoccia proved that he lacked the bare minimum leadership qualities required of a football coach, educator, and mentor.
So don’t give me “the school can’t act on allegations.” There is more than enough out there to have fired Saccoccia.
And we’re not even talking about “firing” Saccoccia. This brings us to the second issue, the fear of an employment claim. This was a contract extension. If the school did nothing, Saccoccia’s relationship with the school would have simply run its course. No need to find “cause,” just don’t give him a new contract!
Instead, the school has offered a new contract to someone they know mismanages the football team in every off-field capacity and is likely to bring further shame to the program as the target of an ongoing investigation that will keep the coach, and the school’s leadership who hired him, in the legal limelight.
The bottom line is that there’s no argument, legal or otherwise, to have re-upped with Saccoccia. The whole event reaffirms one of the lessons of the whole case — Steubenville cares more about winning football than anything else.

This guy has 3 restraining orders against him by 3 different women, went to jail lat year for stalking, got his kids taken away cause of his obsessions (I actually saw the courts order posted online), he violated one of his restraining orders out of sheer obsession, was criminally charged again, plead guilty to 3 counts of stalking/harassment against a lady lawyer, and recently plead guilty to violating his probation for stalking the same lawyer. Today, Wednesday afternoon, the Steubenville City Manager has told WTOV 9 that asking the governor to call in the national guard may, in fact, be a solution to the Steubenville crime wave. That is just what I posted early this morning at 2:46 AM.

If she read my post (of course they don’t read what is posted here) and agrees with, at least, some of my thoughts, then maybe she would like my input on how to get rid of corrupt officials too. That solution would require the U.S. Department of Justice to lend a hand since Ohio authorities cannot be trusted.
I would like to think that the City Manager has taken heed of my advice. But maybe I am just flatering myself and she is a smart lady.
There is a possible “solution” to bringing about a change in the state of crime in Steubenville. It may sound extreme or stupid, but it really can be done.
If Steubenville or any other locale in Ohio, for that matter, were struck by a disaster such as flooding, earthquake, snowstorm, plague, etc. the authorities of a town could ask the Governor to declare the area a “state of emergency.” If that is done, then the National Guard would be called in, maybe up to a hundred or so troops, to help aleviate the crisis and prevent crime and looting.
In present day, Steubenville, with its daily shootings, robberies, murders, rapes, drug dealings is in a “state of emergency.” It has been verified by the Steubenville Police Department. They have admitted it is out of control and that they cannot cope with it or control it.
SOLUTION: The City of Steubenville administrtion needs to pass legislation asking the Governor to declare a `state of emergency`and request (on a 24 hour basis for at least 30 days) assistance of the National Guard. Bring in a hundred guradsmen or so. Place them on every corner, in every block and at every location where the gangbangers, live and congregate.
Everyone knows who they are, where they live, and where the `hot spots`of corruption are located. That should put the Chicago-Detroit boys out of business. They will go elsewhere.
Then, the powers that be should go to their friends in every illegal establishment that sell drugs, writes numbers and operate gambling and prostitution dens and tell them they must close shop for 30 days.
Then, the Steubenville School Board, must have a zero tolerance level on it`s students, teachers and administrators that look the other way or turn their heads when something is amiss.
After 30 days, Steubenville should be `detoxified.` Then there needs to be a maintenance program much like a diet after one has lost weight.
Of course, the scum will possibly move out to the county during that period which will create a burden on the Sheriff, so give him additional National Guard troops for the 30 day period.
Steubenville is a disaster area much like that caused by hurricane Katrina or any other natural disaster. Because of the leadership given by the political powers that be in Steubenville-Jefferson County, the corruption and crime being felt is also a `natural“ disaster caused by the philosphy of it`s public officials. We have a natural flowing disaster caused by unnatural, uncaring public officials.
I think the idea is a very valid one. However IMO, to be most effective, it needs to include a temporary order of Martial Law. This gives the military members the ability to actually do something besides just stand guard. It will strip temporary powers from the civil authorities, and at full capacity, all 3 branches of local government. (direly needed!)

I think the current situation demands it. And if they’re going to go in the direction of… don’t waste an opportunity for change by going only half the distance! It also serves as a wake up call to local authorities, their position is a privilege. And when you fail to adequately serve & protect the people you work for… Sit down, shut up, and take notes!
The resulting city wide curfews might help educate the parents on when their kids should be home, along with the adults! It’s a start on that issue too.
I like the idea of martial law. Maybe we could then charge and arrest most of the elected officials as enemy combatants and ship them off the our military base in Cuba to await trial before a military tribunal.
We could also confiscate their ill gotton gains. The money from the Bruzzese clan alone could fund the county for the next decade or so.
Most of them could also be charged with conduct unbecoming an offender. While incarcerated in Cuba, we would treat them fairer than they treated the people of Steubenville and Jefferson County. We would make sure they were well fed with steaks, lamb chops, lobster turmadore, osso bocco, and other country club type foods to which they have been accustomed. We would make sure that their soup spoons were made out of polished silver. We wouldn’t want any words that come out of their mouths to be tarnished.
We would also give them copies of the Koran and permit them to daily get on their knees, face the North and pray to Frank Bruzzese and Jane Hanlin for absolution.
We wouldn’t use any torture techniques such as electrodes to the testicles because none of the men have any. Only Jane Hanlin has them but they are too big for effective interrogation.
To keep them quiet we could give them Roll-Red-Roll roofies. If any of them wake up and claim they were raped, we would talk them out of seeking charges against their captors convincing them that it was consensual.
Since they love their sports so much, we would permit them to form a prison football team and schedule inter-country games for them. They could play against prisoners in Syria, Yemen, Somalia, etc. To make them feel closer to home, we would let them to have a team mascot–a horses ass that farts fire every time they score.
We would permit them to communicate their plight to Eric Minor of WTOV and Mark Law of the Herald Star Newspaper. We would permit them to answer the hard hitting questions those reporters pose to them. For example: Do you like the the orange or brown prison uniforms? Because you are in Cuba, have you found much difference in the Cigar tobacco or the sugar used in your latees?
Also, because they are being held under marital law, we would permit them to carry on their incestual and/or any adulterous relationships they may have established stateside.

The national press has scalded the Steubenville School Board and the Herald Star as well over this contract.
The Steubenville School board seems to have shocked even the most hardened media!
The Herald Star basically called a coward.
The opinion around the blogoshere is that Reno is a bully and at the level even a town of 18,000 can’t muster the steel to go against him. No doubt this man holds tremendous knowledge about the inner workings of Steubenville.
Reno Saccoccia is respected in Steubenville and has done many wonderful things over the years, but one catastrophe such as his behavior in the rape case has ruined his reputation as far as the nation goes.
He looks like a bully, has acted like a bully and the national media has not been kind to that image. They are appalled.

If Reno Saccoccia retains his coaching position – I pity the kids of Steubenville on away games. The name Reno Saccoccia beloved in Steubenville feels very dirty nationally. No doubt all of the Big Red kids play their hearts out, but Big Red has been damaged.
He may be untouchable in Steubenville, but the harsh light of the national media has focused on him in a most unflattering way and the Steubenville School Board right with him.
Steubenville, Ohio is located in Stepford Jefferson County. There seem to be some issues there concerning the school board. At least with some.

We are being entertained by several this weekend who would have you believe they have new material. LOL!
The material and accusations they are spewing is old. Real old. Worn out old. Sickening old.
The less sophisticated take offense at this blog. Radio’s blog. All of us who write here understand that. Radio knows that.
Radio spoofed a picture of Angela Paterra and Charlie Keenan. It contained the words cougar and wet nurse. The only focus the less sophisticated had was on the cougar word. Nothing said about the wet nurse word. Wet nurse often translates to ‘other mother’. Nothing said about that. That’s how they roll.
The meaning of that post, misunderstood by the less sophisticated, is that Angela is very close to Charlie’s family, not that she is engaging in pedophila. How ridiculous and ignorant. Most got the meaning of the post. The belief among some is that due to that closeness preferential treatment was given Angela’s son by one who could. Let’s get it real or shut up. True or not that’s the buzz. KWIM?
People want to know what’s going on. People want to know what’s the gossip floating around. This blog gives it to them. If they don’t like what’s going around they need to take a pass on this blog. However, I suspect they all know, as Radio has often said, there is a lot of truth in spoof.
The biggest liars trying to influence the crowds are Murt, McGreggorsBack, Brianne Chantal, Judicious1_ and newcomer, @aronck2, who is hilarious. They don’t use spoof, but they do use the ridiculous passing it off as truth. Sad failures at that.
For a few months we have seen Judicious1_ and a group of tweeters who are obviously her pals trying to save teens in Steubenville.
In the beginning it seemed like a noble effort. The trying to tweet down the rumors and lies about the teens who have been falsely accused of being involved in the rape case. It seemed only normal. The bashing of Prinnie, Michelle, Holly and others seemed only normal, as well, at first.
All of this might have gone well had Judicious not made a few fatal mistakes. By that I mean fatal internet mistakes. First, she hooked up with and tried to demand credibility for a few who are considered by our larger online community as being anything but credible and loons at that. I’m sure you know who those people are, but if not, I can address it in comments.
Secondly, she was quite hateful to anyone who was friendly with Prinnie or supported her, therefore alienating any sympathy or support these individuals might have had for the larger issue Judicious was trying to address. Support of Prinnie does not mean lack of sympathy for the majority in Steubenville.
Thirdly, Judicious became a troll and a bully. This sank her ship even deeper.
Attempts have been made by many to right the Steubenville matter in the online community by several. All attempts have been poo poo’d by Judicious.
Judicious and pals have not helped matters at all by using the tactics they have used. I support their higher ideals, but not the chosen tactics. Maybe they can regroup into a friendly bunch and try some new tactics that attract supporters – not bashers.
Murt has a problem with the Selected 6 – whoever they are – because it is Prinnie and those friendly with her. Those who supported her through the lawsuit and further offered encouragement as she was pounded hourly and daily – even her family – because she held her ground on the rape issue. Agree with her or not – she held her ground and still does.
To say this baffon only has problems with 6 people is laughable.

He is hoping by screaming louder and louder and making accusation after accusation he will be noticed by someone of authority or in a position to help his cause of bashing innocent people. He is hoping that he will garner the support to go after those he feels have disgraced and disrespected him because they dared to question and expose his lies as well as His ideal money making schemes. Murt made a complete and total ass out of himself today on twitter. Nothing unusual about that, but today was especially spectacular and telling.
I’ve said I do not believe Murt is a pedophile, but I’ve always been aware of how much he “doeth protest” and it raises questions. Murt never presented to me as one, but I am aware he has with others. Once it blew up all over the internet, Murt began a campaign to get it all removed and to say it was all lies.
Most people accused of the ridiculous scoff at it and move on. Not Murt. He likes to talk about it all the time. He denies it over and over. If no one else brings it up – he does! Obsessed with it.
Murt resembles a man with something to hide. Murt resembles a man who has to deny something over and over to himself.
A man with a guilty conscious? A man fighting private thoughts? An inner demon?
It leaves one to wonder if Murt is not in the closet on this issue.

I followed the Haleigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases, and never blogged about the cases, however I did see what was going on in the blogs and social media and was amazed at some of the crazy behavior from people like Timothy Holmseth and Mary Lee. I asked Radio if I could blog and away I started blogging.
I thought I would start combating the lunatics. The Caylee Warriors and the Haleigh conspiracy loons. When I started, and the harder I hit, and the more truth I dug up about them, the more crazy they went and the more they went into butt hurt mode.
As we say in the dirty south… Every damn dog has its day, and it aint no fun when the rabbit gets the gun! And that right there is why the targets of my posts get extra butt hurt when I blog the truth about them!
Mary Lee’s former friends have stated that Timothy Holmseth has fucked her up and destroyed any common sense, logic, or sanity that she ever had. It is evident in the way Mary Lee has conducted herself.
When the Haleigh Cummings case case first hit the news, and when Mary Lee began posting on crime forums and blogs about the case her opinions were reasonable. However when she got hooked up with Holmseth, her opinions and theories became very weird and her friends started drifting away from her.
One of her friends even stated that they thought Mary’s brain and mental function began to deteriorate when she began communicating and researching for Timothy Holmseth. Mary was banned from multiple blogs for her bizarre fringe theories and crazy behavior.
Many people think that Holmseth has brainwashed Mary Lee. She has been suckered into the abyss and cannot get out. She has developed an obsession with Attorney KP, and writes cryptic blogs about her and even recruits KP’s enemies to blog about KP and her husband.
This sort of shit is going to land Mary in legal hot water. Since Holmseth is unable to mention KP — Mary Lee has been blogging and posting crazy shit about her. Is she working as an agent of Holmseth? Picking up where Holmseth left out? Blogging things that Holmseth is not permitted to blog about? I vote YES!
Mary, you’ve been suckered and brainwashed into the abyss, and unfortunately for you, it is going to cause you to go to jail! You’re going to learn the hard way.
You have hooked yourself up with one of the internet’s biggest loons – McGreggorsBack. You may think she is a nice little old lady from North Carolina, but she is not.

If you’ve ever visited McGreggorsBack’s blog you will know she spends the major part of her time speaking to a “serpent”. A “silly serpent” she often says.

All the while phrasing her comments as if she were speaking to her mortal enemy Picazio. I will be frank and honest. Kim Picazio has never done anything to McGreggorsBack. Nothing.

Holmseth remains somewhat of a topic only because he continues to insert himself in the life of Kim Picazio and her family. That is the only “claim to fame” he has left.
Starting off as an investigative journalist in the Haleigh Cummings case, he soon became infatuated with Haleigh’s mother’s attorney and this changed the writing he did on the actual case he was supposed to be writing about.
There are many reasons for this and they’ve all been blogged, written about and explained. They are all very old news and there is no reason to revisit them here. Simply put, Holmseth has an adult life full of problems with women, especially in the legal area pertaining to children. That colors and flavors everything he has tried to accomplish in life and certainly was his Achilles tendon in the Cummings case. It ended in complete failure and ridiculousness.
In the beginning Holmseth had followers, readers and those who believed he was “on to something”. The Cummings case was strange from the get go, so it was easy for some to latch onto anyone who they believed was trying to get to the bottom of the case and find a resolve. Answers at the least. That went well for a time, but began to unravel as he began to be completely centered in Picazio. People drifted away. Today his only follower known is Mary Lee aka McGreggorsBack. Both are fringe conspiracists.
Getting nowhere except in jail and on probation by being obsessed with Picazio, Holmseth was quiet for awhile. From time to time he would regurgitate old articles, old news. He would also complain about Putnam County Sheriffs Office and has also lamented much about his own law enforcement personnel as being out to get him. What for? Who knows. He also seems to believe the mothers of his children conspire to get him. He has problems.
Timothy Holmseth will snag onto anyone, anywhere and at any time who is oppositional to Picazio, as this is the only interest that has survived the failure of his Cummings period. The other side of that coin is he will seethe with anger and make ridiculous attacks on anyone who is not oppositional to Picazio. His follower, Mary Lee, tries to carry the banner for him and is usually the front person taking part and attracting attention for defending him against any and all criticism.
Having gotten no where by dwelling on Picazio 24/7 and with their lives planted firmly on the front lines of Picazio watching they got bored. Yes, bored with their main obsession, these two ended up with a new one! The RadioNewz Blog.
Looks like a win for Picazio to me! Everyone wonders if they realize that. Probably not. Minds seething and swirling in a self induced fog realize little.
Timothy Holmseth is no longer a valid blogger and his supporter, Mary Lee, has followed. Neither blog. They began journaling. Holmseth attempts to wrap Haleigh Cummings around his issues with others, but fails miserably at hiding the real motivation of his content. Everyone sees through it. His supporter began journaling as well. Journaling is a good thing and can be a source of great therapy and enjoyment, but it isn’t blogging.

This is my opinion, and while I’m sure many on both SIDES agree…. Wow did I just say that? Yes AGREE… It’s time for the meaningless bickering to stop and come together for a greater cause!
Many know me for my #Fuckery as @SirFuxAlotSteve (SuperSteve2Dope) some are fans and some are not. Very few take the time to “get to know the real me” before judging… And that’s OK I DID the same. The funny thing is over the last few days I realized some of the “bad guys” aren’t so bad. Perhaps a few of them may even feel the same way?
Lately I’ve started talking to people in DMs and in Emails that I had previously “had beef with” and exchanged nasty words with… Let me be clear for those who don’t know. Many people including myself Don’t take twitter very seriously. It’s a cheap form of therapy for most and a release for others. A fantasy world where you can be whoever you want to be. Well…. Some don’t realize a very REAL person is behind the computer on both sides of those vicious words (a lot of us are guilty now and then) if I have “come at” anyone reading this, please know I do not do/say things to hurt or out of hate. It’s to get laughs for those who truly need a break from RL.
Anyway this isn’t about me, if you want to be apart of the solution, let’s come together as ONE… Not “them and us” but US. Let’s put a new meaning to “Stand Up Steubenville!”
