What really needs to be addressed is the weird friendship between Simon Barrett of Bloggernews and the disgraced Bounty Hunter/Investigator Cobra Staubs. The two became friendly during the Haleigh Cummings case when Simon gave Staubs an outlet to whine, cry, and beg for donations.
If that is not sick enough, the fascination that these two men have with pubic hair is very disturbing. Cobra often bragged about how he went through the trash of O.J. Simpson, and was able to collect his pubic hair. Simon also bragged about how Cobra mailed some of the pubic hair and trash to him.
What are two men over the age of 50 doing giggling on the airwaves of the internet and bragging about how they obtained another man’s pubic hair? It is disgusting and repulsive and shows you how perverted and disgusting those two freaks are.

Jefferson County Prosecutor Jane Hanlin’s son WAS NOT involved at all. Jane Doe WAS NEVER at Hanlin’s house the night of 8/11-8/12 There was no party there no part of the rape happened there and no one in the Hanlin/Kennan family was involved at all. The ONLY FACT that local leaks gets right about Charlie Keenan, is he is the son of Prosecutor Jane Hanlin. That is no crime, and just plain SAD that he was mentioned at all. Because of Local Leaks people wrote emails and “boycotted” Kent State per his scholarship. ONE of the MANY things that have directly hurt the citizens and innocent people of Steubenville.
Cody Saltsman (to go by testimony in court) took the photo of JD being carried by the convicted rapists, He made horrible tweets and distributed that photo and according to text messages presented in court he agreed to “cover” for Mays and got JD’s father’s phone number to Mays so he could contact him. He was never charged so no charges were ever dropped. He was not present during the rape. The photo on LL of the girl in the blue shorts was not posted by Cody Saltsman it was posted by @cbills25 “Buffalo Bill Cody” Not Saltsman.
There is NO evidence of a “plot hatched” by anyone . Such as, Makenzie Santoro. She was not in town at all 8/11 she was away at a family reunion in Pa (2 states away) and was in no way involved.
JD does have memories of the night just not past midnight. No evidence that she was every sodomized at any point. She was not assaulted at the Belerdine house. JD was never dumped in a yard. She slept with Mays in the basement at Cole’s house.

Timothy Holmseth thinks Haleigh is alive despite law enforcement claiming otherwise. He thinks this child is being “hidden” by her family. This is a blue collar family living out in Bumfuck, Florida. They do not have the resources to outsmart the PCSO, the FDLE, and the FBI. That theory is just stupid. This child’s face has been on NBC’s Today, Geraldo At Large, The O’Reilly Factor, Nancy Grace, Jane Velez-Mitchell, InSession, America’s Most Wanted, Maury, and other national TV programs. If she was alive, someone would have spotted her. Nancy Grace and Jane Vele-Mitchell have covered this case, more than any other case, (with the exception to the Caylee/Casey Anthony case). From 2009-2011 this case was Nancy and Jane’s most talked about case, until the Anthony trial started. With all that attention how could they get away with keeping her hidden?
So common sense tells you right off the bat that Haleigh is not being hidden and Holmseth’s theory is full of shit. Now let’s look at statistics to see just how likely Holmseth’s theory is. According to the Department of Justice, 99.8 percent of children reported missing are runaways and most are located and returned home alive. Haleigh was 5 when she went missing, so she doesn’t fit into that category. So that automatically lowers the chances of Haleigh being alive.
When children are abducted 44% are found dead within a hour. 74% are dead within the first 4 hours. 91% were dead within the first 24 hours. All of this is according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
So based on those stats, it is unlikely Haleigh Cummings is alive. Which is why I came to the conclusion immediately that this child was murdered as soon as it hit the news. I don’t fuck around, and I am realistic.
Timothy claims this child was abducted by family members, however he has also insinuated a pedophile in Kentucky that had his home raided by the FBI, had Haleigh Cummings, he was NOT a family member of Haleigh, so Timmy can’t even get his conspiracies straight. Most stranger abductions end in murder. Especially when dealing with sex offenders who rape their victims. They tend to not want the children alive to tell what happened to them.
But let’s entertain Timmy and let’s just go with his fuckery that someone in Haleigh’s family abducted her and has her in hiding. 46% of children abducted by a family member are gone LESS THAN A WEEK. 21% are gone a month or more. 6% have not been recovered. Statistically speaking fathers are the perpetrators in this crime. In Haleigh’s case, her father had custody and she went missing from her fathers home. So stats and common sense tells you Haleigh’s case is a homicide case. Looking at the stats in child murder cases, according to the FBI, children 5 and under are most likely to be killed by one of their parents. When a child is murdered, 57% of the time a parent is responsible. Family friends and acquaintances account for 30% and other family members account for 8%.
So Timothy, this is why I feel Haleigh is dead. Because common sense and statistics point towards that. Not because I am involved in her abduction you dip shit.

Also, people don’t realize that Holmseth has put up conspiracies about people and it can damage their reputation, these people are professionals and their reputation is everything and how they make a living. So when people google Timothy Holmseth, they are also directed to this blog, and they’ll see that Holmseth is not credible and a considered a Haleigh Cummings crack pot. So the spoofing also serves a purpose, to balance out his crazy fuckery.
So when people say “ignore him” that doesn’t work, because then the internet will be filled with his crazy manifesto’s without any response and some people may think he is “onto something.”
Mary Lee is a dangerous internet sleuther, she teamed up with Holmseth and many of his paranoid ways rubbed off on her. She seemed like a normal person when she entered the Haleigh case. A grandmother who doesn’t work and in her spare times she sleuthed the Haleigh case. Her postings were sane, she made good points, even if she tended to ramble. However, she took a bent towards conspiracies and developed a hatred for a lawyer involved in the case. Basically the Haleigh Cummings case has made Mlee’s brain deteriorate mentally.
She then started claiming any twitter account that called her out on her bullshit was this lawyer, even though she knew that wasn’t the case, she used it as an excuse to tweet to this lawyer and communicate with this lawyer. Sick shit!
While I find some members of Haleigh’s family to be trashy and I suspect some of them and the people they allowed around Haleigh are withholding information about her murder, I do think it is disgusting to level accusations of child prostitution and child pornography against some of them without any proof. Did their lifestyles of drugs and physical (not sexual abuse) lead to this? Absolutely, but there is no evidence of sexual abuse. None. Just shit that crazy people have thrown out there for attention.
To weave conspiracies about sexual abuse in a missing child’s case is disgusting and shows the deviants we are dealing with. And I am DEALING with them. Timothy Charles Holmseth is running a scam on his website writeintoaction.com, he is claiming that Haleigh Cummings, a 5-year-old girl from Satsuma, FL that was murdered in 2009, is alive, despite law enforcement stating she was the victim of a homicide.
The motive for Holmseth wanting people to think she is alive is because he wants them to donate to his website, and wants to fool the uneducated fringe followers of this case that he is searching for her.

Mary Lee is one of the biggest bull shit bloggers to come out of the Haleigh Cummings case. Mary Lee started out dogging Misty and Ronald. Then she changed her tune and claimed they were victims… Mary Lee posted in her super secret forum that she thought Marie Griffis had Haleigh hidden in a secret location on her farm, and that Crystal’s family was attempting to frame Misty and Ron. Those are the type of conspiracies Mlee would throw around.
Mary Lee was known to be up the ass of Teresa Neves… Then she turned on Teresa Neves… Mlee’s boyfriend Timothy Holmseth did the same thing. Teresa was questioned very hard by the PCSO and was very upset at their line of questioning. So Timothy Holmseth wrote article after article criticizing the PCSO for questioning the grandmother of a missing child in an aggressive manner.
Holmseth weaved a conspiracy theory that the photographs showing bruises on Haleigh’s body were faked, and he claimed Ronald never abused Haleigh, and he even wrote a song dedicated to Ronald Cummings and put a video on youtube with photos of Ron and Haleigh together.

After I posted this Turd Murt went on his usual Deflect and Deny tour by posting some screen shot in which WordPress says it has placed ads on some free blogs since 2006. He all but demanded an apology from me all while screaming this screen shot PROVED he did not place these ads.. when in fact it proved nothing of the sort.
I have never seen these ads on any other FAR MORE READ Word Press blogs so it kind of begs the question.. why would they place them on Murt’s blog when he by his own admission has a very poor readership?
There is no real proof this happened in this instance .. and lets face it.. Word Press would be better served by placing ads on blogs that are actually read by more than a handful of people.

Fessel, has a group of women (bored Housewives) that he flirts with all day and into the wee hours of the morning on twitter. Some people have suggested he may have a little something going on with fellow Penthouse member The Loo Who!! But I’ll save that for another post. LMAO!
Like the “Caylee Warriors” that follow Casey Anthony’s every move, the Penthouse crew followed the ongoing saga of Misty Croslin and Ronald Cummings. When anyone associated with the family farted, the Penthouse was all over it.
I’ve got to say, I miss the days of the Penthouse and the Haleigh case followers. Most of them have moved on and no longer obsess over the case, and just tweet about Haleigh every once in a while, hoping for a break in the case.
The Penthouse was crazy, they loved them some conspiracy theories. They made up a ton of theories about Kim Picazio, and Radio Newz Blog, They trolled in the chat room of Levi’s Page’s show, the message boards of Art Harris, Websleuths, and Radio Newz Blog. They hooked up with the likes of crazy Astro and even Holms-Nuts like Mary Lee… But soon realized they were too crazy, even for them…
This blog exposed them as loons… They’ve moved on. They know they were defeated.
But the Caylee Warriors have been defeated and they don’t even realize it. Their leader Melissa Duprez aka Pudders99 has packed her shit up and has gone into hiding. Pudders created facebook page’s wishing death upon Levi Page, she created blogs bashing Holly Briley and her husband. She was exposed on this blog as a roach collector and psychotic troll. And she waved the white flag.
But there are some Caylee Warriors who do not realize they have lost… They are like the confederate soldiers after the civil war, who suffered from mental problems and were still fighting the war, even though the war was over and they have lost… The news never got to them.

George Zimmerman did an interview with Sean Hannity last night that has created a whole new narrative for Crump&Company “God told him to kill my child”, but more about that later. George told Sean the same exact story he told police five times. Of course the story was not verbatim, but how could anyone expect it to be when he was recalling events that happened while he was being attacked? The important thing to remember, there are no major inconsistencies that would change the outcome or justify over-blown charges that should never have been filed.
Important FACTS to remember:
Trayvon was briskly walking toward his house at 7:12 and at 7:16, he was within only 25 yds of where George Zimmerman saw him take off between buildings.
Trayvon appeared out of nowhere and asked Zimmerman if he had a fucking problem. I can tell you, that reading some of the tweets from people who defend Trayvon, this is most likely true.
Trayvon punched George in the face when George went for his phone. We know he was on the ground alone because Austin Brown, the 13 year old witness saw him on the ground asking for help.
Trayvon got on top of George and held him down, obviously banging his head because photos and medical reports prove there were wounds. Witness John SAW Trayvon on top of George.
George yelled for help over and over and no one would help him. One would have to be void of any common sense to think that it was Trayvon, on top of George causing injury to his head and face, screaming for help. One police report stated it was George yelling 14 times.
George shot Trayvon at close range. The shirt Trayvon was wearing was tested and the bullet hole in the shirt did not match up exactly with the bullet hole to his chest. This would indicate Trayvon on top with his hoodie hanging down when the shot occurred, also backing up George’s statements.
These are the facts that matter. Regardless of what George says about God or regret, the RELEVANT facts do NOT change. I’m SICK of the spin being put on this and the media RARELY making mention of Trayvon beating George and preventing him from retreating. That fact alone makes this case, at the very least, self defense. Second Degree murder is grand standing on the part of Angela Corey.
The only fact that would change this from a Stand Your Ground case to a Self Defense case is if George threw the first punch, and we know from the evidence he did not.
It does not matter WHY Trayvon jumped George, it does not matter WHY George got out of his truck at 7:00 in the evening on his on property on a Sunday night or that he was carrying a concealed weapon that he was licensed to carry. NONE of the above matters when it comes to the charges against Zimmerman.
TRAYVON MARTIN ATTACKED GEORGE ZIMMERMAN AND WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO RETREAT. UNDISPUTED FACT.
Why did Trayvon attack him? Why was he so mad? Who cares anymore, the fact is, he did and no one is talking about it.
As for God’s plan – I can tell you unequivocally that if my daughter were attacked by a bored and ill-disciplined thug, fearing for her life and screaming for help, I would pray to GOD that she had a way to make it stop, I would pray she was carrying her gun. If shooting her attacker was the only way out, so be it. Thank you God.

Nowhere in the article does she mention that when Witness #9 was 6, George Zimmerman, her cousin, was 7.

So today on Twitter I was speaking with Rogers Cable/ISP out of Canada about how to contact them regarding how to report one of their customers (Brianne Chantal) and her violating their TOS.

Apparently they had already answered my question when I originally posted it last week, but I didnt see their response. That being said, I got an answer from them today.
Well I wasnt the only one having this conversation as one of the Briley bashers questioned tonight why if I had contacted the authorities in Canada had they not arrested Brianne yet.
Well I did reach out to the authorities in Canada, as well as my local Police Department both in the past and most recently Ive been corresponding with Tim Shields of the RCMP… as recently as last night.
Here is the thing.. I am getting NO HELP whatsoever from the Canadian authorities and Brianne has contacted mine so many times theyve actually had to advise her ( as well as myself) that they would not get involved with adults acting like children on the internet. As Ive been told by the LEOs in my area that these sort of “crimes” are relatively new and the law had not yet caught up to technology. I can attest to that as Ive hit road blocks at every turn. Canada wont or cant do anything and it seems the same goes for this area of the world.
So.. what’s a girl to do; ignore it? Done that.. doesnt help. Try to involve authorities? Been there, done that. Try a legal route? Two countries mean two attorneys not to mention the whole jurisdictional issues.. plus we are not rich people and can not afford it.

Yesterday on this blog Radio wrote a story about how Melissa Duprez aka @Pudders99 aka @HeadPuddette runs a facebook page calling for the removal of Levi Page from television and how she uses a grave marker with Levi written on it as the pages picture.
It is a disgusting spectacle to say the least. People who are supposed to be fighting for a murdered child using such a thing.

Joyce is no stranger to myself or my husband, Jon. She along with her cronies, @salmuthie (Sally Stiles Muth), Melissa Duprez, Gayle M. This is also not the first time Joyce has threatened me, and it all started because Jon asked her and the other Puddettes not to post about Casey Anthony on a page that was devoted to helping all children. When they wouldnt, he simply closed the page. This left them rabid for blood……..ours! They set out to make what they thought was a secret page to trash us, once again evoking the name of a murdered child to do so. They called the page Caylee’s Stars. The group is now private, but while it was opened, screen shots were obtained and can be viewed here.
As I said, this is not the first threat from her Ive received. For a 67 year old woman, she certainly has a foul mouth, even when she’s lying, she knows how to threaten.

The black Mr. Michael Davis is currently charged with first-degree murder in the April killing of 66-year-old white Denver tourist Gary Dederichs and assault with intent to kill in two attacks in which police believe victims were each struck in the head with a hammer.

Police say that Dederichs was found lifeless in the 800 block of Emerson Street NW on Tuesday evening, a few blocks from Sherman Circle. He was suffering from apparent head injuries. He was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
The other male victim was attacked at Georgia and Emerson Streets at about 3 a.m. Wednesday. Then at about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday, the woman was also attacked in the 5600 block of 9th Street. Those two victims remain hospitalized.
“WASHINGTON — The younger brother of San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis and Miami Dolphins cornerback Vontae Davis has been charged in the murder of retired Denver nurse Gary Dederichs.
Dederichs was discovered in an alley in D.C.’s Petworth neighborhood in late April, and died of head trauma.
19-year-old Michael Davis had previously been arrested for a separate attack, also involving head trauma. On April 26, Davis was caught holding what WTOP-FM described as a “bloody claw hammer” after a 19-year-old woman was hit in the head not far from where Dederichs was discovered.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Mike Singletary had to separate tight end Vernon Davis and wide receiver Michael Crabtree after the players got into a heated discussion at practice Wednesday.
Singletary didn’t provide details about the incident, but said it was non-football related and is closed. He met with both players immediately in the locker room and they returned to practice separately.

Last night Kim Kardashian and Vernon Davis hosted a party at M2. I heard it was on and popping, with people posted up from wall to wall. So much so that the “french” portion of a party goers’ pedicure was gone by nights’ end!
