There will be differing opinions on this subject, but it is worth a post, since rape is on the rise in the military. This has been in the news lately a lot.
Some think it appalling someone connected to a rape case would be welcomed into the military.
Whether it is right or wrong to pursue a graduating high schooler and try to snuff out an opportunity such as the Air Force Academy I will leave up to you, the reader. I personally don’t have the stomach for it.
Evan Westlake may not have emerged in the Steubenville rape case as a hero, but he hasn’t been charged with any crime as of this post. Upon the Grand Jury’s results - that might be different.
Granted, he wouldn’t submit his DNA and he has been criticized for that. We don’t know why he didn’t – it could be as simple as his parent’s don’t trust the government – many don’t. So, to assume he is guilty right off the bat is wrong.
Michael Nodianos was apparently temporarily drummed out of his college because of the justifiable public outrage over the disgusting video. I’ve heard all kinds of people, including media were on campus looking for his dorm. That puts a lot of kids in danger besides him and I suspect the school couldn’t protect against such forces. Kent State was harassed over Charlie Keenan – and he wasn’t even involved in the rape or any videos, jokes, etc.!
So I would say to those planning on contacting a lawmaker concerning this appointment – back off. If he is charged with anything later – this will all take care of itself and if he isn’t charged – no amount of letter writing or calling will make a bit of difference.
This family and other family’s deserve to enjoy the graduations of their children without interference from or fear of internet peeps.
COLUMBUS – In “Camelot Broken,” writer-director Brendan Michna takes the Steubenville rape case from the courtroom to the stage, dramatizing the words of those surrounding the case while examining the impact of technology.
“It was kind of impossible not to hear about that case a little bit,” Michna said of the arrest and trial of Steubenville High School student-athletes Trent Mays and Ma’Lik Richmond, who were convicted in March of raping a 16-year-old Weirton girl.
“America’s kind of like this golden world, but it has this broken part to it, and cases like this kind of illustrate that” Michna offered on the 10-minute play’s title.
The action in “Camelot Broken” is not a traditional narrative and does not explicitly tell the story of the crime and the subsequent trial. Instead, a character called “Football” tells the story surrounding a rape through Steubenville’s court record.
“Football” is played by Franciscan University of Steubenville graduate Chad Hewitt. Hewitt could not be reached for comment.
Although Michna used no names or locations from the case, he acknowledged that the story is easily recognizable and said “I don’t think anybody in the audience will have any doubt as to where the genesis of this came from.”
The case was considered monumental because of the impact of social media, and technology in general. It was also an insight into the way teenagers communicate today and what they say when no one is listening.

STEUBENVILLE – Cathy Davison spent Tuesday night watching her son’s Little League game.
“After the game was over, John ran over and hugged me because he was happy I could be at his game. That wasn’t the case before, and John enjoyed me being there to watch him in the baseball game,” Davison said in an interview with the Herald-Star.
Tuesday nights always were reserved for City Council meetings until Davison was asked to resign following a council executive session two weeks ago.
Davison made it official last week when she submitted her resignation to council members, who will consider an ordinance Tuesday night accepting her decision and agreeing to a $42,136.17 severance package that includes four months salary as well as unpaid sick and vacation pay.
“I am disappointed by what happened because I am not able to see the 10-year strategic plan the council and I created in 2010 to fruition. There is a natural anger when you lose your job. I am also sorry that I won’t see the city employees on a daily basis. I have enjoyed my time as city manager and believe the city has a good future. But after months of trying to move the city forward, it has become apparent that City Council and I do not have the same vision for the city of Steubenville,” Davison commented.
“But, I also had to ask if moving on was best for me, and it absolutely was. My health was being affected and my family was affected. As city manager, I was forced to make compromises with my family. My family and friends are what really matter to me, as well as my health,” said Davison.

Anyway, no one, besides Murt, was any further up every Anonymous twitter than was the owner of the Blowhole during #OpRollRedRoll, so it is silly and ridiculous (embarrassing actually) to think they didn’t know about JustBatCat way back in January when he outed himself – and several news articles, including his picture, were published.
Nope, not buying it and you shouldn’t either.
The problem for Eddie with all his fuckery on the internet is this and it’s simple.
Eddie is used to playing his bully fuckery out on the streets and on phones. He doesn’t know shit about playing it out on the internet or what the results can be.
There are places, etc., on and about the internet Eddie and his friends have never heard of. Besides that little morsel – Eddie doesn’t have good sense and certainly doesn’t have good business sense.

Timothy Holmseth keeps blogging that a “Florida Millionaire” (far from that status), is “the key” to an unsolved missing child case.
Bullshit. Timmie is allowed to continue blogging that nonsense because this woman’s brother, Eddie Boyle, likes to see her called a millionaire! LOL!

You have to understand the Frank Bruzzese mentality and mindset to understand why he thought and still thinks that his word reigns supreme in Steubenville and Jefferson County.
Frank Bruzzese came to Steubenville in about 1975 to practice law with his father and his father’s new law firm, which was a combination of another law firm. He was placed on this high pedestal by his father who bragged about what a genius he was because he taught law for one year after graduation from Ohio Northern Law School. The problem was, the meek and weak attorneys bought into the hype. The worse problem was that Frank, himself, believed his own hype.
Then, Frank’s brother Joseph Jr. got out of law school and joined the firm. Once again, the meek and weak attorneys bought into the hype that Joseph Sr., a mediocre attorney in his own right, had brought back honor scholars to the valley.
Somewhere about 1978 or thereabouts, there was a murder case arising out of Woodsfield, Ohio in Monroe County. Through some cajoling by the old man, the brothers Frank and Joe were appointed as defense attorneys. Back then, few attorneys handled murder cases so the meek and weak were in awe of the brothers Bruzzese. They played the case for all it was worth. They bragged about their trial tactics, which included claiming that it was really the mafia that murder the deceased and not their client. Their client was convicted, but that didn’t prevent the brothers Bruzzese from giving the impression to the weak and meek about how they almost won the case—they were close—like horseshoes.
The brothers Bruzzeses through their father’s connections began to gain their own clients. Frank got to be buddies with Keith Murdock and Jane Hanlin from the local hospital and garnered a large salary for his miniscule services. Joe got involved with guys like Joe Scozza, a mob connected landfill operator. From there, their practice became filled with a clientele of the areas most unsavory and unscrupulous. Frank teamed up with the Abdallas and became the law director of Stratton, Ohio which was run by the Abdallas. Joe became a county court judge where he used that position to reward and protect clients and connected friends.
None of the weak and meak ever dared cross them and their power became so large that it reached the point where they now control almost every county and city political office and board.
So today, Frank is in such a make-believe reality of his own, that he cannot believe that anyone would fail to believe and adhere to what he has to say. Remember his “You know us-you don’t know them” statement when he publicly condemned those who criticized the rape investigation. Or how about his: “Do we protect our children–do we.”
He is so delusional that he can not fathom that he is a laughing stock to the outside world. He truly believed that hiring an outside “reporter” to preach his side of the story would work.
Frank and his crew refuse to believe that there are people and places outside of Steubenville that don’t worship him and his kin. He still believes that if you cross the border of Jefferson County, you will fall of the ends of the earth.
The whole crew is delusional, neurotic, psychotic, sociopathic and insane. He is now silent because that is his new tactic. His silence is defecating.

That’s Stranahan writing at Breitbart.com yesterday (no, I’m not linking). So who would pay him to peddle such drivel? Welcome to the opaque world of the Big Red Boosters. They are not a registered 501(c)3, and the organization has operated since 1941 without a trace of financial accountability while taking in thousands of dollars a year. Are they paying Stranahan to be their social media apologist? Or is Bruzzese, whose family reputedly earned a fortune in public corruption? Or is everyone with a child on the football team pretending to take his blogging class?
If he is not taking the money of Steubenville’s football parents, then how can Stranahan suddenly afford his long-desired chompers? It takes about four or five weeks, and thousands of dollars, to have dentures made and fitted. Stranahan got his dentures right on time, nearly five weeks after returning home from Steubenville. Coincidence?

WTRF 7 News Sports Weather – Wheeling Steubenville
Steubenville Mayor Domenick Mucci Jr. will stepping into another role–city manager– a position he is not unfamiliar with.
Mucci has served double-duty as mayor and city manager four times since he became mayor.
On Wednesday, City Manager Cathy Davison resigned her position, saying it was apparent she and city council did not have the same vision. The mayor’s immediate concern as acting city manager is to move the city forward with help from all of the department heads.

Here we have the classic nut case roundup! Murt tweets (to the wrong twitter handle) a BIG STORY on Michelle McKee of course … but it’s all wrong. That happens to all bloggers – but this is unique in a couple of ways. First of all Murt followed that entire operation as closely as anyone and could NOT have missed JustBatCat announcing his activities in January, plus all the tweeting, blogging and drama surrounding it. He used Michelle’s tweet dated 5/17/2013!! Secondly, LMAO, there is his bud – Judicious – acting like he is the most wonderful thing since sliced bread – when she had known about JustBatCat since January!! Can you imagine these 2 going on a road trip together? Who would read the map??

Well, a discussion about Prinnie’s ability become to pregnant or not to become pregnant broke out. It all started with a tweeter named @aronck2 blasting out tweets that Miss Prinn had gotten an abortion. Somewhere on that filthy libelous, going to be sued, twitter is even a location. Follansbee I think. (screen shot before deletion)
Now, when this started, all kinds of peeps were whispering. That’s kinda normal, but everyone was wondering why Prinnie’s bestie of all times, Constance, didn’t poke her head up and say something. It was, after all, one of her ha ha’s saying this stuff.
Abortion is a national issue, with some opposing and some being for. Both sides surely can come to the agreement that it is a violent procedure, whether you approve of it or not. In today’s culture, the violence done to a person’s character is acknowledged, if accused of having an abortion.
So we move along to that best of besties who did not stand up for Prinn and and say – no way – back off. Didn’t happen. And we see some slap slap. 
I remember seeing an email from Prinnie – I was only cc’d in so I didn’t react or respond – but it said something like she hadn’t had a period since she was 14 – or was it 12 – I forget – but it was one of those 2 ages and I did a head snap!! I couldn’t believe how much money the girl had saved on kotex!!
Also, Judicious and I have never been besties or even close – but if someone was falsely accusing her of having an abortion – you can bet I would speak up and say she did and maybe 6 of them! LMAO!!
In this case – Prinnie didn’t and starting that rumor wasn’t right.

This last few days we’ve seen a few lane changes and other bullshit.
Jon Briley is probably still sore that I called him out, but better me that what was headed his way. Some bloggers understand the politics – some don’t.
Here is how lane changes work among experienced bloggers, which Jon is not, so let this be some advice to all the other newbies.
Experienced bloggers are very political, know the front end and the back end. All the sides.
When you make a lane change from where you have been – you better make sure there is momentum there to carry you through.
When Jon went out and trashed Sam – he didn’t take into account he had no momentum behind him. He, as many newbie bloggers assume, his opinion mattered.
Just because you have a blog doesn’t make you a blogger.
So, I would say to all those who may wish to make a lane change… make sure you have the gravitas to carry you through.
I wouldn’t accept an apology from this weirdo if I was on my deathbed. Neither would Holly Briley, Levi Page, Stormy or Kim Picazio! LMAO!!
This man is a nasty, dirty, filthy freak for all seasons!! If on his deathbed, which many wish for, he would scream he wanted more time on the internet.

Brooke Megan Carroll and Joseph Patrick DuBois are the valedictorians, and Mallory Marie Giannamore is the salutatorian. STEUBENVILLE – The first order of business Wednesday for Mayor and Acting City Manager Domenick Mucci was coffee, doughnuts and a conversation with city department heads.
Today Mucci is set to sit down with a representative of Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Jefferson County Sheriff Fred Abdalla and City Police Chief Bill McCafferty, as well as staff members from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
“This will be a roundtable discussion and collaboration effort to discuss recent criminal activities in the city and how we can stop crime effectively. We will be talking about those issues and how we can work together,” Mucci said.
“I continue to have the full faith and confidence in the Steubenville Police Department and I hope to build on that,” he added. “The safety and security of our community and our residents is a top priority.”
Mucci assumed the acting city manager duties Wednesday morning after former City Manager Cathy Davison submitted her resignation to City Council Tuesday night.
“After months of trying to move the city forward, it has become apparent that City Council and I do not have the same vision for the city of Steubenville,” Davison announced in a prepared statement released Tuesday night following the City Council meeting.
City Law Director S. Gary Repella said City Council will start the search process for a new city manager in the next week or two.
Mucci said Wednesday this is the fourth time he has served as acting city manager, “and I am confident I can handle the duties without any problems.”
He said he has been working late hours as he moves from a ceremonial mayor to acting city manager of the community of 18,000 residents.

I’m not going to mention names or call anyone out – it’s just that the harassment of Sam on twitter needs to cease. It solves nothing.
She says she is not Mammabear and others say and are convinced she is. However at the end of the day there is not viable proof she is. There are those who say they were part of the secret forum and absolutely believe Sam was outed as Mammabear. The screen shots shown do say that, but there has to be other shots on the subject that are more definitive.
If down the road you found out Sam wasn’t really Mammabear – that would suck. You say lies were posted in Prinnie’s forum and that could be one of them. Just sayin’!
There are 2 facts everyone needs to consider.
#1. Had the Saltsman family not launched the defamation suit – Prinnie’s forum would have gone unnoticed. That’s a fact.
#2. The MSM never reported on Prinnie’s forum or Mammabear’s comments there. That’s a fact.
Were lies posted in Prinnie’s forum? Sure. Show me any case, any crime case, where rumors and lies are not posted. It’s common and usual. Things usually run wild to be honest. Ask people who followed the Anthony case how many rumors and out right lies were involved there.
The attacking Sam on twitter has began to look cult like and gouhlish. I’m aware everyone involved has strong and heartfelt issues – but this just looks all wrong.
It solves nothing. Nothing. It needs to stop. she has begged for it to stop – so let it stop.
