Boy Found Not Guilty In Infant’s Murder

MARIETTA, Ga. — A Cobb judge has found the 12-year-old accused of beating his five week old cousin to death not guilty. The judge found the child not guilty of felony murder and not guilty to cruelty to children. The judge did find the boy guilty of battery.
