Also will world famous bounty hunter Leonard Padilla bail Misty out of jail? This as the one year anniversary of Haleigh’s mysterious disappearance creeps up! Guess by the time that Levi talks to Misty, it will have sunk in how much trouble she’s in. Padilla’s crazy if he bonds her out. Gee, aren’t there any people who are wrongfully incarcerated who could use a leg up? Or are they simply not in the media?

Please do Haleigh a big favor…Radio..maybe you can even do a write up with the address…to PADILLA….
People, Please, please, write Padilla and tell him to please not bail Misty out, please. There is a little girl waiting for the Police to find out where she is..and Padilla is destroying that possibility. Oh how I wish he could be charged with interference of an investigation.
Here is his address…Please Folks, let him hear from you and tell him what you think…and why.
Maybe we can reach his conscience, just maybe but i have a feeling he doesn’t have one. All we can do is try.

Misty wants to be in the General Population. The women inside are not harrasing her at all. Her problem is with the jail cell, not the women locked in them. I was hopeful she would get some pressure from the inside…what is wrong with those “ladies”..not harping on her. And Now, Padilla is going to bail her out, how, I don’t know, because she has no home to go to.
What a sad, sad day for Haleigh.
Listening to the calls, it’s clear that Misty thinks she and Donna are looking at only twentyone years. Maybe by now her attorney (or agent Padilla) has explained the sentence is 25/charge. Minimum.
