    and BTW does she think you are going to travel to BC for this suit? I doubt it LOL and BTW you have to file in the county in which the defendant lives, does she realize this? I doubt it LOL

      No Holly I don’t think she realizes that, so watch her play right into her own Waterloo. Her and Amelia both have already gone too far with their bs to get out of it now. Amelia has for sure.

    Some descrepencies of forms (brianne’s vs. https://eservice.ag.gov.bc.ca/FilingAssistant/form1Mod/claimants.do) A top right hand corner, click on preview form (actually, click on form itself).

    First, the province of BC is spelled out BRITISH COLUMBIA on the legit form (as retrieved from provincial gov’t site). brianne’s has BC. Maybe not a big difference but……

    Notice she didn’t SHOW OFF the part of this form. It includes HOW she’s going to send this form to defendent. Mail?

    Does she even has Holly’s address? My gut says…filled out for show and attention. I mean…look how important brianne is when she has to go out of her way to fill out a oh so much details. It takes away from her twit time.

    Good luck with this…it’s going to cost her far more than the claim….$$$ she doesn’t have.

      All excellent points btw.. and yes, she has my (old) address, phone number, etc.. and has never failed to post them all over the web.. even my old ones and ones Ive never had!! The girl is a psycho beast from Hell!

        Trust me, if you wanna go to BC, she ain’t the one you wanna go for. Check out the Okanagan. Don’t go into the forest alone, if you know what I mean. :D #beastlybrianne

    She filed this on a Friday night? Highly doubtful. She was posting on A-Liar’s page saying “I’m going to file my own case too”. Then a few hours later it showed up. Now I don’t live in Candada, but 1)I’m sure their offices were closed, and 2) she filed over the limit it appears. I encourage her to post a “filed” copy with a case number if anyone wants to take her seriously.
