Really! Then where is the 90,000.00 he got for his house in Cash. Did he pay the money he owed the bank? Why would you put it in his wife’s name in a trust account with himself the beneficiary? Unless he was trying to hide the money. Why in just cash deal only? Why not pay the bank at closing?
His wife is dead. She died several years ago. I don’t know how he could put money in her name if she is dead.
Exactly, but he did you can look the public information in Lake County court records around january february of this year. The very same day he closed this deal he filed his wife’s death certificate with county and opened a trust with her name and put in 90,000.00. That’s what I’m hoping someone can explain how is it he’s able to do this and why?
She actually died at dinner in a restaurant while out with her friends and him. So he must have been pissed he had to pay for the check and a funeral.

I had heard he had to sell it on short sale because it was going to be foreclosed on. Was there a foreclosure on file? There had to be a lien on the home.
I love the description of property “NEEDS EXTENSIVE CLEANING” no kidding that’s an understatement. It needed to be leveled to get rid of his funky ass smell and bombed for roaches. You can still view a picture of the add that was on all real estate sites. To see actually what a dump it is/ was.
