Once upon a time Melissa was a mighty Caylee Warrior. She tweeted, Facebooked and even rallied online radio station Real Radio Daytona to run ads in support of the boycott cause.
Then it happened, she got a major case of the Butthurts.
First Levi Page unfriended her on Twitter and didnt like her Facebook page. Well this just caused her to go off the rails and start a page dedicated to trashing Levi while calling for him to be fired from his job. She and the other Puddettes spent countless hours tweeting HLN warning them they’d better fire him .. or else. Im sure they went into immediate action.. meetings were called.. plans were made to give The Pud her way. Yes.. that is how worried they were.
To add insult to injury I didnt give her a password to a blog. Well THIS had her tearing her hair out. Now I too am part of the anti-Levi page. Really, they should just re-name it since her Briley bashing blog takes up the biggest percentage of it.
Yes.. THIS is how she boycotts now. Her Caylee Page is called Keeping Up The Fight: Justice For Caylee, but it looks more like she has given up the fight as most of the links on the page now directs the readers to her bash blog. So shameful that a once proud warrior has decided to use precious Caylee as a means to lie about and bash others:

Sometime ago, Pudders got pissed at Levi Page. Why? Becasue he stopped following her on twitter and didn’t “like” her new FB page on her bullshit of getting justice for Caylee Anthony! Would Pudders like the same kind of shit launched against her children as she has launched against Levi Page? I doubt it and furthermore Mz Pudders – you have no idea how hard his parent’s have worked, sacrificed, etc., to enable all their children to have a good life. It seems now as we approach the 1st anniversary of the Casey Anthony “not guilty” verdict the psychosis of some has escalated. It’s shocking to be honest how some of these women think – or don’t think!! 
To believe they are responsible for anything NBC does, has done or will ever do is hilarious, but that’s exactly what they think. Or say they think.
Will the Jose Baez book, “Presumed Guilty” be a best seller? No, of course not, but it will sell and over time Jose Baez will take his place in the American media and American mythology/landscape as the lawyer who pulled off an amazing unexpected victory. TBH – people love success stories – and he is definitely one of those!
NBC is NBC and I’m willing to wager the Casey/Jose Boycotters have had NO impact whatsoever – other than in their own minds of course. Now, when I think I have seen it all – along comes some fuckery like this!! The Bomshellers are mad at Holly Briley – for several reasons, as best I can tell, but mostly because she writes on this blog. How small is that? It gets even smaller when you realize they are howling because once upon a time – I was bashing Holly B… now look at them – they are now bashing her for most of what I did back then, to some degree, still mad at me for doing it … and madder at her for ending up as a blogger on this blog. At one time The Bombshellers had their heads so far up Holly’s ass – she couldn’t even consider taking a shit in private! True dat! So, I admit – I don’t understand WTF they think they are doing! What kind of hormonal hell can they be in? A bad one I think.

Additionally, we all know Overstreet lawyered up and refused to cooperate with the PCSO and FBI in the search for Haleigh Cummings. We know Overstreet was in Putnam County, FL at the time Haleigh vanished. If he is innocent what does he have to hide?
Further, Overstreet has been accused of sexually inappropriate behavior with young children, in addition to murdering, raping, and disposing the body of a 5-year-old child.

Christopher Serino was demoted on Tuesday from Homicide Detective to night patrol with the Sanford Police Department. Of course the spin is – he asked for the demotion. Mmmm hmmm, don’t we all want to work 25 years so we can go back to square one?

The so called CayleesWarriors followed a case and in a short 6 months – laid a missing and found dead child to rest. Caylee Anthony was found, returned to her family and cremated. RIP little Caylee Marie Anthony! Haleigh Marie Cummings has been missing for way over 3 years, with followers having no answers, no “find” and no RIP for Haleigh or for themselves.

Cheryl Brown, the mother of Austin Brown, was not home the night of the shooting. She had left her 13 year old son and his nine year old sister alone after telling Austin to walk the dog. Austin put the leash on his boxer, Sake, and started out for a walk when suddenly he saw a man in a red shirt on the ground yelling for help. Austin only saw the man, no one else. He says at this point the dog got off the leash and he went after it. While going after his dog he heard more screaming and a gun shot and ran into his house. Some media outlets wrote: ”Austin told police at the time of the shooting last month that he had seen someone fitting Zimmerman’s description lying on the ground, bolstering the gunman’s claim that he acted in self-defense.”LINK
And then along came Brown – slow walkin’, smooth talking, lanky Brown…Austin’s mama. Everything changed after her interviews and the world believed the corrupt police berated another poor black boy into telling them what they wanted to hear… but she lied.

So without provocation, Austin tells Matt the guy on the ground had on a red shirt.
Interview with Investigator Serino, Monday March 5, 2012. Police were not able to interview Austin in the days immediately following the shooting because his mother was out of town. When they tried to schedule for Friday, March 2, the mother said she needed to talk to her lawyer and scheduled for Monday.

***UPDATE 7/15/2012*** The recently released document dump contained Bernie De le Rionda and John Guy’s 4/27/2012 interview with Austin Brown - Mrs. Brown and Alicia Adamson were present. Austin told the De le Rionda that the man he saw on the ground asking for help had on a “red hoodie”. The mother or lawyer told De le Rionda they didn’t believe this was accurate and that Austin may have been coerced into saying the clothing was red in his early police interview. They advised De le Rionda they would speak with Austin and get back to him. Later that evening they called him back and told him Austin did not know what the subject was wearing, he felt obligated to say “red hoodie” since he had told police that during an earlier interview. Again, there was no coercion as can be seen above. This is the first time Austin mentions “hoodie”.

“On one of those 911 calls, and 18 year old girl called to say her 13 year old brother had SEEN the shooting while he was out walking their dog!”
(Cheryl’s daughter is nine. Anyway….)
The 911 call is played and nowhere in the call do we hear Austin had witnessed the “shooting”, in fact, he says he did not see the shooting.. But a blatant lie contradicted by the truth on his own show never stopped the good Rev. Al.
RevAl: Some media reports say your sons eye-witness account supports Zimmerman. Does your son think this was self-defense?
Cheryl: Not at all.
RevAl: He does not
Cheryl: No (delightful lawyer shakes head in agreement)
RevAl: So those media reports would be inaccurate and you’ve talked to your son. What can you tell us? I know your attorney’s there so she will stop me if I go over the line… but what can you tell us your son’s general impressions and feelings were?
Cheryl: Aside from what he actually saw, his feelings were that, umm, the cries for help that he heard were from an, umm, a young person and he only saw one person.
RevAl: He only saw one person when they were laying on the floor?
(seriously, what sort of idiot actually watches this show and believes anything that comes from this shyster’s mouth? One contradiction after the other)
Cheryl: Correct.
RevAl: So he never saw a struggle on the floor? He never saw someone beating somebody’s head into the ground?
Cheryl: No he did not see anything like that.
RevAl: When did investigators talk to your son (delightful attorney gives a knowing nod to this question, like that’s the key)
Cheryl: They talked to him on Monday, March 5th.
She goes on to tell RevAl that between the 26th and the March 2nd, no one came to their house and no one called. This is another LIE. Serino wanted to interview Austin but the mother was out of town and he did not want to interview the young boy without her. Serino tells this to Mary Cutcher during their first phone interview. Anyway, the interview goes on for a few about how indignant Mrs. Brown is, etc., she even adds: “I was waiting every day for someone to come knocking at the door and it didn’t happen”.
Cheryl: I was present when they questioned him, I just don’t feel that it was done improperly. I feel there were some tactic used to suggest some things to him that, maybe some leading things that, you know, leading him to say certain things that he would have told if he were just able to talk without them intervening or suggesting anything.
RevAl: When you say “leading things”, can you give me an example?
At this point Cheryl looks over at Atty. Delightful and they smile in agreement to Cheryl pulling out the big guns….and away she went…
Cheryl: Well for example they asked Austin if he could tell the race of the person, ah, laying on the ground. He said he could not see the person or the color of their skin. (and?) Then they proceeded to ask if he knew the color of the shirt the person was wearing, and then they proceeded to give him options of what color that shirt could have been. I don’t feel that they should have done that. I think they should have just let him tell the story.
THEY SUGGESTED MAYBE IT WAS BLACK, MAYBE IT WAS WHITE, MAYBE IT WAS RED. -Cheryl Brown
Really? Let’s look at the interview between Serino and Austin again.

On the one hand Cheryl Brown says the police are leading her son to bolster Zimmerman’s claims, then on the other hand she is saying this same detective doesn’t believe Zimmerman. They didn’t think this interview through or what?

Holly B spoke out tonight to those who slither about twitter, Facebook and blogs to smear her name and well, to tell lies about her, her life, her intentions, her work in the Anthony case, etc. For some reason – a mystery to me – they seem to have a tremendous need to discredit her! She called them out right here and set the record straight. Now, they look like the fools they are! More to come I bet!

Maybe these women are afraid of nothing… and maybe there is absolutely no reason for this behavior at all! Having had some time to size them up – I have come to the conclusion they have no reason at all to do the things they do! No reason to harass Holly – no reason for the harassment and defamation they render. Not only to the name of Holly Briley… but alas.. and oh woe … they didn’t stop with her. Oh no!
This pack marched right on to Levi Page.. defamed him in any and every way they could think up. Pudders99′s legacy – stinks doesn’t it? My goodness.
Some peeps call them a gang – I can’t call them that simply because even a gang has some morals and codes of ethics… they are a “pack”.. a mindless slithering pack… packs have no morals, no ethics. None.
So why do they do it? Why have they done it? Simple – they rise in the morning clothed in malice and they retire in the evening still wearing the same clothes. They start another day with the same tired old clothes – all dressed up in malice.

So what will happen if the parents and Attorneys of Trayvon Martin get a verdict they are not happy with? Will the parents stand up and denounce the New Black Panthers, or will they stand with them. To date, they’ve done both.

This would be true of The Pudd and Army of The Puddettes the writer’s of yet another Briley bashing blog, The Big Bombshell. I wont link it here, because it is, well its complete and utter bull.
That being said, I will tell you in one of their most recent posts they (think) they made a Big Reveal in regards to Jon and I , stating we had not paid our taxes since 2007. While that is only in part true, they didnt quite tell the entire truth. Guess that was not as hit worthy as the partial twisted tales they spin.
The truth is far less salacious, and Ive told it many times. It is nothing I am ashamed of, and nothing I try to hide.
- We moved to Ohio in September of 2006. Labor Day weekend to be exact. In Ohio they have state and city taxes. Since we moved into the city limits we were required to pay city income taxes. Im not all together sure if all cities in Ohio have city taxes, but its probably safe to assume they do.
So we filed our taxes for 2006 at the beginning of 2007, including city taxes. Then we get a notice back from the city that we owe for the entire year of 2006 when we only lived here around three and a half months. In actuality they were trying to make us pay city taxes on income we had not earned while living in this city. . . WE REFUSED TO AND STILL REFUSE TO DO SO.
Because of this refusal, we got taken to court. It got continued and every year since it has been ‘continued’ as I absolutely refuse to pay this city one cent more than they deserve.
Every year we actuality paid our city taxes but did not include the original amount they assessed us for the year of 2006. Therefore it shows up as a non payment. This means every year we get popped for it, every year we dont pay it, and every year we go to court. I suspect we will go again this year, if past years are any indication.
And yes, every year I get included on this even though Im not working because in this town, even if you draw zero income for the year, you must file city income taxes with a big zero in all the boxes. If not, they take you to court for not filing and you get assessed court fees. Learned that the hard way too.
Every year I file and every year I put big zeros in the boxes. . I know it makes no sense to have to file taxes for zero income. Dont have to do that for Federal or state, but God bless Hooterville. It is as backwards as it is small.
Its really just become the principle of the matter. We always pay our fair share but will NOT under any circumstances pay more because elected official thinks we should. I am so unyielding on this that if need be I will sit my ass in county lockup. I do not think it will ever come to that, but I am prepared. Right is right and what they think we should do is WRONG.
So there you have it. The truth. Not as glamorous as Willie Nelson’s tax whoas, but the truth none the less. Im almost embarrassed for anyone who read The Puds lies and didnt think past the lines written. IF it had been federal taxes we avoided paying, Im pretty sure we would have already been in prison.
There really is one born every minute.
Addendum:
The tweet I did about tax law? The one referenced in the bombshell blog .. I believe if Im remembering correctly it was in regards to Caylee’s Fund and how/if they could get extensions because I signed up for the email for when it filed its taxes and never (to this day) received anything.
Lots of buzz going around today about the veracity in dealing with truth by the Caylee Warriors. I honestly don’t know what they do – so I am lost on this issue, but I do recall seeing a tweet over a week ago suggesting that maybe they should pretend the Baez book was really Casey Anthony’s book. Huh? Bored much?
Maybe boredom and suspicions have settled in with the rank of file of Warriors and Boycotters. Maybe the more balanced ones are beginning to question the militancy of the extreme. No one minds much about being a fool once in a while – but some Warriors and Boycotters are complaining it gets old day after day!
It’s been a rumor for a long time the Boycotters really wanted Media attention. I don’t know any of them personally or even tweetally.. so I can’t say – but I suspect you will find tweets out there with some saying they hope the Media contacts them… just sayin’!
Tina Overstreet contacted a reliable and [trusted source to this blog] to contact me to say she wished to speak out about the story that appeared on this blog yesterday concerning the accusations of rape against her son Joe. She has given her side and it has been given to me and I will post it out as best I can…
Tina states Joe came home from school one day crying and beating on the walls – said he had been accused of molesting her 4 year old neice. Said he didn’t do it.
Tina relayed that the female child was taken to a Dr., but it could not be determined if she had been molested/assaulted/raped or not.
Tina then hired a lawyer, whose name she recalls as Patrick Frogger, for $1,000.00! Tina recalls this lawyer told the female child’s mother, Monica, and Grandmother, Vickie, that the Judge wasn’t even going to consider taking the case. Nothing was pursued in court after that.
Tina also wishes to note her mother, Flo Hollars, had a boyfriend name Joe at this same time.
Tina Overstreet would also like to dispel rumors out there that she “took charges” for Joe… a rumor went around she said some pants with marijuana or something like that were hers when Joe got busted for that mess… she says she never did that.
“He’s not running around loose,” Woods said. “It was a hearing related to his child custody and parental rights and nothing to do with why he’s in prison. That is why it says ‘Custody by Court Order’ on the Department of Corrections website.”

Casey owed Chaney Mason $55,000 in legal fees. After the People Magazine article came out Casey’s big concern was that people were going to think she is fat. It’s been confirmed that she has put on 20-40 pounds. Chaney advised Casey if she gave him a picture of her at her current weight that he would FORGIVE the $55,000 legal fees that she owed him. Chaney then sells the picture to Piers Morgan for $100,000. Explains why Chaney was in New York to visit Piers. He collected $55,000 at that time and the remaining $55,000 is to be paid at a later time…..hmmmm interesting! When CNN says that they did not pay Casey for a picture or interview technically they were not lying. In reality, Piers Morgan paid Chaney Mason out of his own pocket. At this time, I have not confirmed what the entire deal included. Was it was for the picture, the picture and opportunity to talk with Casey or the picture, opportunity to talk with Casey, and an interview on the anniversary of the verdict, the greatest miscarriage of justice since the O.J. Simpson trial.
Today, possibly speaking without thinking, possibly blurting out something she had held inside for along time, Joe Overstreet’s Aunt Vickie disclosed [to a trusted source of this blog] Joe had raped her granddaughter when she was 4 years old! Now, 13, the granddaughter’s mother and her never, ever go around Joe Overstreet.
Now we know Joe Overstreet raped a child the age of 4 nine years ago… Joe would have been 14 years of age at the time of the sexual assault. A young violent kid who possibly never gave up the desire for sexual contact with a very young female child.
Joe was protected from prosecution, even though police were called – the attorney hired by Joe’s mother informed her sister, Vickie Sullivan, the granddaughter would have to take the stand and testify, promising the attorney would “tear her up”…
Did the Cummings family pay a price for an Overstreet family unwilling to deal with a child predator of their own?

Brianne set up @VIPTattler and the VIPTattler blog to continue her celebrity gossip blogging! Nothing wrong with that – it’s all a great name and she enjoys the celebrity gossip biz! She is good at it too! She should have concentrated and focused on that other than all the other BS.
So what went wrong for Brianne?
Brianne got in over her head thinking she held some secret powers and could silence people she gets mad at… long history of that. Brianne can’t silence anyone and shouldn’t have tried. She needs to focus on what she wants to do with her life – not what she wants others to do with theirs.
So, Brianne – if by chance you read this – why not give up the attacking games, the bullshit raids and move on with your own stuff…. do your own celebrity blogging and leave other people alone – stop smearing regular peeps. You farted once too many times. Go to happy land.

Yesterday was a wild day for those who have followed the Haleigh case! There was excitement and great hope – along with the usual moaning and groaning that accompanies such a case.
Some were totally focused on Ronald Cummings and his apparent slip from prison. Not a break out – seems to be a scheduled visit to do some business. What that business is we’re still not sure, but it’s safe to say he is not “out” of prison. Some were relieved and some sadden by those details emerging late yesterday afternoon.
Others were focused entirely on their belief this had to be something BIG! They tweeted and posted Ron Cummings must have broken in prison and was going to lead PCSO to Haleigh’s body. That isn’t going to happen!
Next, we had groups who were described as “heads exploding”!! The bashing kicked right in as if they had never missed a day of it!
The one thing in common all participants had was hoping, wanting and fearing something was going to be revealed about Haleigh Cummings’ fate. As much as everyone wants closure – there remains a divide as to what closure is acceptable. A few want only that Ronald Cummings be charged with the murder of his daughter. Next are the ones who want Misty Croslin charged with it, third is for Tommy Croslin and/or Joe Overstreet to be charged. Ones who insist she is alive, followed up with those who insist she is not alive.
Last, but far from least, are those who just want Haleigh Cummings found, dead or alive, and brought home to her family. We still wait for that development as we had to put our hearts back into place yesterday and tried to think it really would happen soon.
Haleigh back home with her family – however that may be – is the acceptable closure.
Brianne has announced via a tweet – she feels like shit. She says it is from some kind of surgery – but doesn’t state what kind. Therefore I am left to assume for myself what kind of surgery that may have been. It ain’t good peeps or pretty!

Well, old Tammy Spratt aka Badme102 is showing once again tonight she hasn’t shaken her addiction to fake alt twitters nor has she been able to get control of her butt hurt over Levi Page being friendly with Kim Picazio… my goodness, takes one big fat ass to hurt that much I think!
The wind must be blowing pretty hard up that fat ass too because she is out bashing Levi tonight by sticking up for Ronald Cummings. LOL!! One of the biggest Ron Cummings haters to emerge from the crime forums – and now this change up?!! Jesus!!
I suspect Tammy Spratt has more than a few screws loose or at least in the wrong places and maybe that light bulb we all come equipped with at birth just flat fell out of her head somewhere along the way.

No news about Haleigh Cummings, so another heartbreaking roller coaster ride for all who have followed her case so closely and passionately.
Brianne Chantal, the confirmed owner of VIPTattler is now soliciting donations for Casey Anthony!
In her true form, she creates the account, then creates a Twitter handle to tweet this information out. As with all of her many many alts, she tweets this information to me only …. then quickly deletes the account.
I suspect she did this for many reasons, but Im sure she did this to get hits to her bogus celeb blog, but most importantly to get a big story when she ‘reveals’ that my husband and I are the ones behind the donation site. We are NOT in anyway associated with it or with Casey Anthony, but true to her lying psychotic mentality, this wont prevent her from saying it.
Its all too coincidental. The donation site was made, and within the hour I got the only tweet regarding it, while almost simultaneously it hit VIPTattler’s website. How is it that only I got the tweet, and only Brianne’s website got the story? I’ll tell you how – SHE started the site! 1+1 still equals 2 folks!
The joke is on her this time, as all this information has been forwarded to proper authorities as well as Morgan and Morgan, the attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez. As of this morning Matt Morgan tells me via Twitter they have seen it and are watching, which if I were a betting woman means subpoenas for the site’s owner will be flying come Monday morning.
Seems Hairy McScarry really screwed the pooch this time!

Brianne Chantal Patterson a well known cyber stalker and liar is now engaged in fraud as well. She owns the celebrity gossip website VIPTattler.
In the past month or so she has promised tickets to concerts such as One Direction, Madonna, to taping of the X Factor show and she never delivers on these tickets. She uses this as ruse to get people to give their personal information to her and to get people to visit her website. She always has some excuse or says they were given away, but never says to who.
Most recently she also launched a website trying to solicit donations for the infamous Casey Anthony who was acquitted of killing her young child. While she denies this, its been long suspected that she has been working for Casey and even funneling money to her. She has bragged to several people including Devon Thomas and Michelle Dawn Smith that she made 50K when she sold a Casey Anthony video. At the time she was trying to get more videos from them promising she could make them rich when she sold them.
She is a con artist and when she gets personal information she uses it often times trying to establish credit in other people’s names.
Do not trust her. She is diabolical in her tactics. I should know, I once wrote for her and her VIPTattler website until I found out what she was really doing.
