This morning as I opened my browser and clicked on my home page I saw the headline “New Test Could Free Convicted Killer” . As is usual when I see or hear of stories like this, my mind traveled back to the summer of 1985 and a man named Paul Hildwin.
It was the summer of 1985, Hernando County Florida. The first husband and I not yet married were living together in a small country house near what locals referred to as “the pits.” In actuality the pits was just the area of the county located near the rock quarry and had nothing to actually do with the conditions of the area.
On an access road behind us three girls our age lived with their dad and grandfather. One of the girls who I will only refer to as J dated a man named Paul Hildwin.
Paul at this time was a scary looking man, and he cut a rather imposing figure. He was tall, muscular and his body was littered with jail house tattoos. He was dark skinned and hair bleached out from time spent in the sun. To be very honest, he was the kind of person that I would have avoided in public or would have turned and gone the other way if he was walking toward me. The fact that he had already been in prison just added to the bad ass mystique that surrounded him.
It was because of our friendship with J that we got to know Paul. He was actually soft spoken so much so that in certain circumstances you had to strain to hear him speak. Don’t get me wrong, he was by no means a gentle giant, but in the times I knew him, I never so much as saw him raise a finger to anyone, and he was given plenty of opportunity to do so.
Now fast forward to late summer early fall of 1985. Im at home getting ready to go out and the phone rings. On the other end a man identified himself as Detective Decker of the Hernando County Sheriff’s Department. He started asking me questions about Paul, J, etc. When pressed he told me that they had arrested Paul for the murder of Vronzetti Cox, the woman whose body had recently been found. To say I was dumbfounded, shocked and near speechless would have been an accurate description. The only thing that came out of my mouth was, “no shit.”
Detective Decker spent the better part of the phone call grilling me about how I knew Paul, and if I had ever been alone with him. I told him of what I knew of Paul. I had never seen him angry, fighting, etc and yes there was a time when I was alone with him when I picked him up on the road walking home because his car had broken down. The Detective asked me how he acted towards me during this car ride and I told him, he was never anything but a gentleman. Not toward with me not inappropriate in any way. This is the last I would hear from Detective Decker.
Paul went on trial, and it was alleged that he in a little over an hours time, stole from Ms Cox, raped her, killed her, drove her car into the woods, stuffed her body in the trunk of the car, walked about 5 miles round trip to forge her name on a check, cash it and then return to where he and J had run out of gas.
Now Paul has always admitted that he did steal her check, forge her name and cash her check but when he last left her she was with another man, and very much alive.
The one thing of many that convicted him was the blood typing, as DNA was not available at that time.
Since this time his DNA has been tested against the biologicals found at the scene that night, and they DO NOT match.
There have been many attempts to get Paul re-tried based on this new evidence, and other claims. All have been denied. His appeals have all but been exhausted, and now he has cancer and will most likely die on Florida’s death row a possibly innocent man.
Time has moved on for all of us. Everyone involved with or who knew Paul have moved on and for the most part moved out of the area. After having to appear in the trial and have every detail of their time together revealed J moved on to become a wife to someone else, a mother and a successful business woman. The other girls who lived with her have also moved on as did I and my now ex husband. Everyone that is, except for Paul.
Ive thought about Paul many times through the years. Do I think that he could have possibly murdered Ms Cox? Sure, we all have the capacity to commit murder given the right circumstances. Do I think he killed her? No, I never did.
I then think about what would happen if he were to get out of prison. How would he adapt? Could he adapt, and what kind of life would he have now given the fact that time has moved on, technology has moved on? Moved on for everyone but Paul. For Paul, time stopped when the doors to his cell on death row slammed. In 1986.
There are only two people that truly know what happened that night so long ago. One can no longer talk, and one continues to talk, but now it falls on Florida’s deaf ears.
I can only hope that when the time comes and Paul meets his maker, as we all will, he can do so in the light of truth and if indeed he was was innocent of this crime on Earth, he will be somehow compensated for it in death.
I always thought I had nailed this life obligation. Was convinced I had “raised my kid right”! Now, I’m beginning to wonder and doubt my opinion on that. 
My kid has turned bossy for some unknown reason and has thrown an insult here and there recently. I think he may be getting ready to get married – ugh that’s a whole ‘nother story I dare not tell… but I may someday. LOL!! Just let me say I’ve lived in the South way to long to deal with inlaws in Rhode Island. OMG! 
He popped up out of the blue and said I didn’t know how to back into the driveway and I told him that was nonsense. He asked if I hadn’t see the tire tread marks on both sides of the driveway and if he needed to take a picture of them and show it to me.
He has even laughed at my Ugg slippers, which I thought was completely unnecessary and bordered on evil! 
Furthermore he laughed at my precious Blackberry and said I needed a new phone – which he had already picked out and PURCHASED! WTF?! I am now the confused new owner of an Android phone. It’s nice inspite of the fact it was forced on me. He activated it and within a couple seconds I got a phone call and didn’t even know how to answer it!

I received the news last week my cousin, close as a brother, had a fast moving brain tumor! I immediately flew to Oklahoma to see him and eat a few Tulsa steaks!
I want to make clear that this is heart breaking and has me screwed up beyond words – but I will never pass up a good steak! I am strong!
I also want to make it perfectly clear this “boy” never smoked a cigarette, never drank alcohol , never did “drugs” – yet the Devil has dealt him a fate as bad as Hell… chemo and radiation!!
He is younger than me – a baby – so if you can pray for someone you don’t know – it would be appreciated by me and my family!! I remember him and me as kids – my memory is flooded by precious childhood memories. This can not be happening!!
I love him more than words could ever say!
Up until a few days ago there was a channel on you tube called Casey Can Sing. It was a channel of bizarre music and other weirdness. The only reason I know this is because it bore my name attached to it as HollyBriley.com. I did not register this name, and in no way endorsed this channel or my name being used for it.
I have known about this channel for some time, and had contacted the registrant of it, one Paul Franciso, a one time client of Jose Baez.

When I spoke to him I found him to be a rude, nasty, foul mouth who basically told me to pound sand. And that is exactly what I did.Right into his ass!
After months of wrangling, writing and back and forth communications with You Tube, I am happy to report that this channel has been removed! Yes, for now it is gone.

There are still 3 videos on there registered to another entity that bear both mine and Jon’s name falsely as well as bald faced lies on them, but I am confident that these too will be removed in due time.

LiLo has officially been added to the list as Greta Van Susteren’s guest at this years White House Correspondents Dinner.
She joins the long list of how in the hell did these people get invited past guests that include Kim Kardashian, Bristol Palin, Jeremy Piven, Brooke Burke, Sanjaya, Justin Bieber, Jessica Simpson and Omarosa.
Im sure the White House security team and the Secret Service are busily preparing for her arrival, and by preparing I mean nailing or super gluing everything down within a five mile radius so that she doesn’t accidentally take it home with her.
I certainly hope the White House staffers are boosting up their immune systems, beefing up on antibiotics and ordering extra thick latex gloves. If they have to strip or cavity search this trick it could be like sticking your fingers in a bowl of boiling acid.
In this case, Ive really got to hand it to Obama and the First Lady. I dont think I could set across the table from a mess like this and not wonder when the seat she was sitting on would burst into flames emitting a vapor of steamed tuna and death.

Amelia sure has been quiet the last few days. I thought it was because I had been out of town over the weekend and just hadn’t paid attention for a few days – but, nope – she may have just found that button for her lip. From the looks of the Boycott LIES Facebook page – she should have found it a long time ago.
The more that gets exposed of Amelia’s lies – the more that seem to keep getting exposed. LOL!
As information got out as to how deceitful she had been, how many she had bilked – an anger grew among Facebookers whom she had previously hung out with – and they have reacted by turning a wealth of information over to Boycott LIES!!
Almost every day more and more Amelia lies show up and are posted on Boycott LIES!
Few even use her name anymore – it’s now just AKA! Apparently no book sales to cheer her up either.
With the release of George Zimmerman on bond Twitter has once again erupted into a breeding ground for vigilante justice. There are hashtags calling for the hunting down and killing of him.
What makes this even worse is the talking heads at HLN seem to think that this is just “harmless water cooler talk” or “venting.”
I have a suggestion for all of these talking heads; I would like for each of you to grab your smart phones, laptops or pcs and begin tweeting these same threats to/about the POTUS.
Let’s see how long this is regarded as just “harmless” or “venting.” I can guarantee you that by the time you lay your heads down to sleep tonight you will have men in black suits busting down your doors.
While Im not making assumptions about George Zimmerman’s guilt or innocence, I am saying that he, as with every other defendant deserves due process. Just as Trayvon and his family deserves justice, not vigilante justice.
While all of these tweets and talk may be just that, talk, we can never assume that everyone reading them is mentally stable.
I wonder if any of the HLN talking heads would be willing to represent the person or persons that decide to act on these tweets, and what their defense strategy would be.

For quite sometime there have been whispers, screams, posts and speculation about Cindy Anthony writing a book. This writer has tried to find out about this and today Im one step closer.
Sources close to Cindy and her ‘people’ are talking, and as always my Birdie is listening. This is what I know to date.
There is no formal book deal but rather what is called an “assisted self published” book deal being shopped.
What this basically means is an as of yet major publishing house would in fact back the deal, help her write and promote the book as well as help with all tv appearances and such, but they would do it in strict silence ( a big fat none disclosure clause would apply) and in turn she would pay them a percentage of the book proceeds. Basically working in reverse of the way traditional book deals work. This sounds a lot like the 3rd party NBC deal Casey’s camp tried to pull, doesn’t it?
There have been several publishing houses who have already come out and said there would be no book deal for Casey, lets see if this holds true for Cindy or any of the Anthony clan.
Simon and Schuster: “We are 100% not interested. We are NOT NOT NOT interested. Simon & Schuster is not publishing, and has never intended to publish, any book by Casey Anthony, her family, or any member of her team.
Harper Collins: “We are planning on publishing the Prosecutor’s book who was involved in the Casey Anthony case, so we have no plans in releasing a Casey Anthony book. We’re sticking with the prosecutor.”
Penguin Group: “We have no plans on doing a book deal with Casey Anthony.”
On a side note, and Im sure this will come as no surprise to anyone who has followed this dysfunctional family, Casey has given her blessings to Cindy to do whatever she needs to do to support George and herself. She may indeed be desperate enough to do just that seeing as how her fraudation, Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation (which is still active) is now operating in the red. No reports yet on Caylee’s Fund.

There has been quite a fall out over Radio re-posting one of Maven2379′s blogs about her drug addicted SIL. Why? Everyone has an opinion about it, so what’s wrong with Radio having one? She has been called a hater for even daring to comment about something she found offensive. Why? How does commenting on “1″ article out of many on a blog a hater make? It doesn’t.
Maven2379′s blog is a public blog and it is public to anyone who might stumble upon it - including the friends and families of Tracy’s children, even their school mates. How cool is that? It isn’t.
Maven2379 has droned on and on about how horrible the boyfriend is, but let’s face it in real and hard core terms – this is the fault of her SIL and and the enabling this family has been doing is sickening. Maven2379 even blames the so called boyfriend. Maven2379 most likely can’t stand the SIL on any given day whether she is sober or plastered. Gossip very much Maven2379?
What Maven2379 is doing is cruel! Now her latest big story is to post pictures of blood on a back door. That’s real smart, dramatic and should get Maven2379 a lot of sympathy. Sympathy for her MIL as well, right? Not from me it won’t. It’s hideous to post such pictures of an incident. Do we need to see the blood? I don’t!
Short and sweet to Maven2379 – stop the stupid postings and get down and dirty to stop the enabling to this drug addict. If what you blog is true – the MIL should throw her out and you should stop the whining for attention. Post your ridiculous pictures when this is over and explain how horrible it was. That’s class Maven2379 – not this ongoing blogging of every event on a daily basis you are doing in real time. What about her children?
Maven2379 if you are so concerned about Tracy’s children as you warble – why post their mother’s worst and most humiliating days on the world wide web? Answer that. Blog it. Let’s hope Radio has upped the anty on this nonsense, your SIL sees all the craziness and decides she actually does have a problem that is bigger than the world wide web.
Radio will be back blogging Monday and I’m more than sure she can handle all the BS! I’m looking forward to it.

These poor customers simply complained their cold drinks (ice tea) wasn’t sweet enough. A surveillance video caught Mr. Washington spitting into the drinks!!
This all went down in Simpsonville, S.C. – with customers discovering for themselves the spit when removing the plastic lids cause the drinks still weren’t sweet enough after being sent back.
Spit Boy was charged with malicious tampering with food and could spend 20 years in prison if convicted.
WTF is wrong with food service workers in that town!!
Poor old Marvin has more troubles now than he ever has… the Daytona Beach man was fleeing police officers from a simple traffic stop! What was the big deal about a traffic stop? Maybe the stuff in his car!
Marvin went to court on trafficking cocaine charges and attempting to flee officers! He didn’t succeed in that flight attempt because his baggy trousers fell to his knees as he was running and bop – he was nailed!!
Mr. Morris Jr. is now headed to prison!
Mr. Micheal Baker of Jenkins, KY was arrested after he posted a picture of himself using a tube and gas can to steal gas from a police cruiser. Dummy!
Baker admitted to the crime and further said – he didn’t really get much from the police cruiser because it was nearly empty! Poor kid – he is only 20 and I guess he should have picked a different cruiser.
Baker said the Facebook posting was meant to be a joke! His girlfriend was with him and they just thought it would be funny to post it on Facebook. Apparently high school drops out – because everyone knows to keep their crimes away from Facebook! Geeez!

Not only does Badme have Stormy2919 and me on her ass every time her head pops up, it was noticed Virgo showed up the other night and soundly trashed Badme as well!! For good reason!! ROFL!!
Badme has sought safe accommodations in the Penthouse – but that may not be workin’ for her either. LOL!
Once again we have witnessed another “advocate” prowling amongst the crime boards and social media to advance nothing and no one but themselves.
Each case seems to have it’s own collection of “crazies” and that isn’t expected to change anytime soon. The easy access to real crime forums and the ever growing social media base is like a fire that doesn’t stop burning for families who find themselves victims of crimes. They can go online at any time and find out more about themselves from aggressive/invasive bloggers than they may have known themselves. That is run of the mill for real crime forums and the social media platforms posters choose – mostly Twitter and Facebook.
Recently, one “advocate” joined the ranks of the fame seeking! Amelia Sobel conned a bunch of posters on social media into friendships and the posting and exchanging of “secrets” about Casey Anthony. This happened mostly in the boycott movement. Boycott activists weren’t aware of what her intentions were until it was far too late. Now they know and they are none to happy.
Sobel dialed it up a notch by spending more time outing and trashing fellow bloggers than she spent on the Anthony matter and herein lies the problem – partially. She used the ”tasty morsel” of secret information tactic to actually gain information about fellow bloggers and then not only expose some of that junk to the public – but to intimidate those people as well. It’s a quandary that some find themselves in – they are angry as well they should be. Some very ugly things have been exposed by Sobel – the worst part is that she has lied to make things even more sensational. No one knows what to expect…
This fame greedy person, Sobel, went right on to out the suicide or suicides of fellow Facebookers, which has not gone over well. A sacred line crossed and noticed. Holly B will have more on this. Stay tuned.

My …… POS SIL and her POS boyfriend!!! Part ……. whatever this now is!!
Ugh …… so as anyone who has read my blog before know, this is a constant and recurring problem in our lives …… 
Today my husband comes home from work and tells me “my mom sent me pictures of Tracy today, she told me ….. she started partying really early”, so I was like ……
LOL so I asked to see the pictures and here they are, I don’t feel ashamed for posting them as this is her, not me, but I think I need to post the pictures to show you guys how bad she is! Anyway here are the pics, these were taken at 9:40 this morning:
Look at the ground!! Having a little trouble with that cereal?? WTF??
Then he shows me this pic taken of her 6 minutes!! Yes, 6 minutes later of her passed out and of the cereal cup on the ground!!!!
First of all she looks horrible, secondly the dog is trying to eat the cereal …. LOL, thirdly she looks HORRIBLE!!!!! 
So before tonight the only “POS” that I named was my brother in law, or whatever you want to call him, but now I’m convinced it isn’t only HIM, it is her also, and as much as it pains me to say this it is HER causing a bunch of their problems! Look at those pictures I don’t see him anywhere in them, it is her and only her ….. not saying he wasn’t off on his own getting fucked up, but pictured above it is only HER.
I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out why doesn’t my MIL kick her out??? Currently for those that don’t know she is living in this “cabana” behind my MIL’s house:
Do you see that? It’s a glorified shed!! It was supposed to be a play house for the kids, but after Katrina it just turned into a shed, a storage space, a place to put crap…… which is what it’s current function is ….. housing CRAP!!!! My MIL currently has custody of her two older kids, one is now 14, and the other is now 10, the youngest child is now 7, they are all living with my MIL. They all see their mother like this every day, from what I understand, well that is everyday that she has access to pills, and/or other drugs that cause her to be like this!
I don’t see how this can be good for any of them, my MIL, my FIL, her kids, and HERSELF!!
Recently she went on Facebook and posted a “rant” about how her life was going ….
There was one more comment down there, also in SUPPORT of her …… WTF??? …………… People!!!
I must say, I know for a fact my MIL doesn’t hate her, she loves her ….. very much, this is the only reason she is allowed to stay in the shed/cabana behind her house, and eat her food!! My MIL’s love of her is the reason why she sent her up to, and went up there with her to Birmingham this past summer, to try to get her into rehab ….. unfortunately her POS boyfriend came and got her out!!
No, she doesn’t hate you, she loves you more than you can understand and is VERY worried about you!!! She prays every night she doesn’t get a call that you are dead!!
I think part of the problem with my MIL kicking her out, and telling her to go and live under a bridge ………. is that she doesn’t want my SIL’s kids to see her “kick out” their mother, and to have them up all night and worried about where she is now, and what she is doing, and to possibly hate her for doing it???
I don’t know, I just don’t know what the answer to this is, it is all so screwed up!
Yesterday my SIL threatened to burn my MIL’s house down!! WTF???!!
Hmmm …….. maybe I need to call that show …….. Intervention!!

Dick Clark long time host of American Bandstand and New Year’s Rockin Eve has passed away. He was 82 years old.
Before we had MTV, we had American Bandstand, and Dick Clark. He would bring us the latest in music and the artist all while people danced in the audience. It was the way to keep up on music and see our favorite singers sing, and occasionally shock our parents if they happened to walk by while it was on.
In most recent years he had been unable to host NYRE due to suffering a stroke, but this writer will always remember him as eternally youthful, and eternally swinging on The Bandstand.
Thank You Mr Clark for so many of my childhood music memories.
It seems Miss Amelia has been engulfed by crickets! Near silence as she plots, plans and continues to “expand” her Amelia Noel Presents empire. The only comments she has picked up on her Facebook page have all been negative. Must be tiring – but the empire building goes on.

Amelia appears not to be stunned whatsoever at the lack of enthusiasm by the good peeps for buying her pamphlet, so she up and announced she is expanding! Yep, expanding. How do you expand nothing? Well, if you have done graphic design for Vivid Entertainment, I guess you do what Amelia has done by adding on web design to your writing of e-books. Sounds good!
What is puzzling is exactly how Amelia will be able to continue writing e-books and performing her commitments to whoever she picks up along the way to design a website for – while she is doing her supposedly real life work as a medical doctor, a psychologist, a wife, a mother … get the picture? Thought so.
Since when do medical doctors write silly e-books, design websites and hang on Facebook and Twitter all day and most of the night? They don’t. Since when does a normal person tell such lies? They don’t.
Just last night Miss Amelia was preaching how social media is inhabited by mostly lonely people. She should know! If the vast majority of her family has died, suicided and most of her friends have also – then I guess she just might fit that bill herself. Especially since she has said she took over the Facebook account of her dead roommate – I assume she takes over the Facebooks of all her dead family and friends as well. Amelia the social media butterfly! Oy!
Now, all this might be funny if this were a comedic movie, but it isn’t. This is Amelia on the internet. In her internet life she is a high roller – again, a medical doctor, psychologist, holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree, has been married twice – beat up once, has “kids”and says she is 22 years old.
It’s time for Internet Amelia to prescribe herself some thorazine!

There have been some rumblings on Twitter and various other social networks these past few days about Casey Anthonys contacting different media outlets trying to negotiate a deal for an interview on her own. This prompted me to contact my inside birdie in an attempt to get some clarification. I asked, and received.
Im told that while there have been no deals made, Casey has been reaching out to different media outlets, and she is doing so without the benefit of her camp.
While she may be a cold blooded killer who got away with murdering her own daughter, she is not all together stupid. When she contacts these agencies she tells them who she is and requests an “off the record” conversation. If they pass, she simply ends the calls, and there have been a few that passed because they feel she is yesterdays news and they also fear the backlash that this would bring.
It is also reported that yes, she has spoken personally to Dr Phil McGraw, but as of now, its just been talk.
One of my first and biggest questions to all of this was, the money. How would she report the money and what about the money she owes? Well if she negotiated a deal herself, she would be under no obligation to share with her camp nor would she be under any obligation to divulge the amount she receives. The outlet that paid her however would still have to report this to the IRS, but they would be under no obligation to divulge the amount either. This does not mean that she would get to keep all of this money and while I can not with 100% accuracy confirm there are any sort of liens on her income, we do know that she already owes the IRS a considerable amount for the money she made in 2008 selling Caylee’s photos. Rest assured, the IRS will get it’ money.
Seems like Tot Mom is getting a little lonesome for the spotlight. Countdown to her next video/picture leak in 5…4…3….2….1.
The Space Shuttle, Discovery taking its last flight before coming to rest in its new home in the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC.
The shuttle Discovery took its maiden voyage on August 30, 1984 and completed it’s final landing on March 9, 2011.
During it’s 27 years of service it completed 39 successful missions.
When it is finally available for viewing in its new forever home it will be seen by literally tens of thousands of people per day.
You’ve served us well Discovery, now we will forever marvel at and serve you.
