Hi Radio,
I have been a reader (lurker) for a while and have enjoyed your blog. Respectfully, I do think when you start blogging about or outing topics of a serious nature, such as abuse with names attached, it crosses a line.
I am going to assume you have never been a victim of abuse (please feel free to correct me if I am wrong). As a woman and as a survivor of domestic abuse I can tell you that by mentioning this, let alone posting this information can have unintended serious and possible life threatening repercussions for the abuse victim. Did he put her in the hospital? Break bones? Split her lip? Black eye? Did he threaten to kill her? Don’t you think whatever the situation – which is really none of our business (but obviously exists all the same) – this would only serve to anger him more? Who is on the receiving end of that anger? It isn’t going to be you or me. The fact that she lives with him (if she does) makes this far more serious. It took me YEARS of stitches, black eyes, punches, concussions, etc. to get away from my abuser. Unlike the movies, leaving doesn’t happen overnight. At least she had the balls to file the complaint – something I was incapable of doing.
I don’t care about any beef you have with this person – I really cannot keep up, though it appears as if she is trying to clear things up and has been victimized all over again by a female named Brianne (as others appear to have been). What I do care about is that a woman might needlessly suffer because of this type of publication.
I hope that this post does not put her in harm’s way and I hope that as a woman, maybe even as mother, you can have enough compassion to take a pass at this type of newz. I enjoy your “snark” (compliment) as much as any of your readers do and I am pretty sure you do not wish injury on anyone.

Well, that’s about par for the course as of late. You’ve lost this reader, who as I said above has enjoyed your blog. I know, no skin off your back. But I will say that’s not a way to treat someone who actually spends time reading your blog.
I’m not in any of the above mentioned “fuckery” (your word) or “flame war”; just a simple reader who was taken a back by the irresponsibility of posting something so potentially dangerous to another human being, public record or not. By the way – I’m not Brianne nor do I know her other than her being an obvious liar.
